Stærk hands-on salgsdreven leder
I denne rolle har du det fulde ansvar for alle aktiviteterne for Timik Group Danmark med reference til gruppens CEO og derudover er du en del af den nordiske ledergruppe. Den danske del af forretningen består i dag af 6 medarbejdere, men det er planen at vækste yderligere i de kommende år. Du får en afgørende rolle i at løfte topline indenfor alle produktgrupper og til relevante kunder i Danmark. Du er drevet af salget, men samtidig af at lykkes gennem andre. Projektansvarlig – fra ordre til leverance

Til sjællandsk produktionsvirksomhed i voldsom vækst søger vi en Project Manager, der bliver procesansvarlig for udvikling (R&D) og eksekvering af ordreporteføljen af slagterimaskiner og fødevareforædlingsmaskiner. Opgaven lyder på at tage projektudviklingen af den/de specifikke maskiner fra salgsafdelingens pitch og føre det hele vejen igennem produktionen til levering/montering hos kunden.

Styring, overblik og eksekvering
Project Managers vigtigste opgave er at sikre en struktureret produktion samt håndtere de interessenter, der er koblet til udviklingen af den specifikke forædlingsmaskine. Opgaven lyder på at minimere de fejl, der kunne opstå en i produktionsproces og sikre, at der er den optimale kommunikation blandt de implicerede i hele processen. Dette sker selvfølgelig i samarbejde med fabrikschefen og nøglemedarbejderne i produktionen. Project Manager vil dog også hurtigt opleve at være ”go-to” personen for mange af virksomhedens øvrige medarbejdere.

 Der er tale om maskiner, der er mere komplekse end den gængse standardvare. Dermed har Project Manager ansvar for afvikling af projekter hvori indgår skræddersyede maskiner og dét at få dem til at ”spille” sammen. Det være sig på enkeltstående maskiner som på projekter hvor der kan være tale om deciderede produktionslinjer.

Jobbet indebærer P/L ansvar på projektniveau – fra for- til efterkalkulation.

Det er Project Managerens opgave at sikre en tæt kontakt med underleverandører og sikre, at scansteel foodtechs interesser bliver prioriteret og varetaget. Der vil her være fokus på dialog med leverandørerne om udvikling af nye delkomponenter, der kan møde slutkundens behov. Ligeledes vil der også være kundebesøg for at sikre den korrekte opfølgning på levering af maskinen.

Der må påregnes global rejseaktivitet på op til 75 dage årligt.

Du SKAL være en habil og erfaren projektleder, der kan navigere i en virksomhed, der er ved at transformere sig og hvor processerne, procedurer og kommunikation skal modnes, struktureres og effektiviseres.  Ideelt set har en del af din opbyggede erfaring været inden for fremstilling af maskiner til fødevareforædling.

Exciting diverse projects
As Strategy Manager you will report directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Development. As the immediate task, you will become part of the PGG Wrightson Seeds integration team, comprising of key employees of DLF and PGG Wrightson Seeds, that will guide, scope and steer the various work streams of the integration process. In this role, you will work closely with the SBU director of DLF Southern Hemisphere, as facilitator, coordinator and project leader in respect of certain work streams inside the overall integration project. In this role you will have the responsibility to increase the market share of Smith & Nephews Ear, Nose and Throat product portfolio in West Sweden and Denmark.   • Continuously be up to date with the latest research within the ENT specialty
  • Plan and execute presentations, seminars, training and product demonstrations at the hospitals and clinics.
  • Follow compliance and ethical rules as well as reporting your activities to you manager.
