Management, coordination and process optimisation
As Planning & Production Engineering Manager in Advansor, you have the overall responsibility to facilitate the timely planning of deliveries within the supply chain. You will work closely with the purchasing manager to secure the optimal flow of raw materials to the final product.
Specific tasks could be:
- Overall production planning both long term and detailed short term
- Ensuring correct production data in the ERP system
- Coordination with rest of operations
- Interface to internal sales to meet customer requirements on deliveries
- Manage engineering design team leads and their deliverables
- Manage production planners
- Responsibility for running daily production planning meetings
- Manage production orders and follow up (start, follow up, close)
- Ensure efficient flow in operations
- Description and optimization of departmental tasks
- Follow up with subcontractors
You will have a broad range of contact points internally across all departments including the production, planning/logistics, development, sales, aftersales and electrical engineering. You will achieve success by mastering the production planning discipline, high employee satisfaction, optimization of workflows and successful cooperation with the other departments.
Production Planning Manager – knowledge of ERP implementation
Highly experienced in production planning from similar production environments as Advansor or as a minimum similar process in other production companies. It is preferred that you come with multiple different positions within production planning.
Today you have a high managerial or senior/lead position within production and operations planning like Advansor.
Furthermore, earlier involvement I ERP implementation is an important factor, Nav to Ax is optimal!
English proficiency and MS office superuser especially Excel.
