On behalf of a major, global medical device company, Compass Human Resources Group is now looking for a skilled Financial Controller, who can take a leading role in setting the financial agenda and defining practices and processes across the business.

Become an important part of a global setup
As Financial Controller, you will become part of a team of five controllers, who all reports directly to the Finance Director.
An important part of your job will be to support, develop and maintain a system of accounting policies and procedures in line with corporate policies. The task has started already, but the major part of the work still lies ahead. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the P&L and balance sheet for specific entities, including review of reconciliations and analysis of results.

Experienced Financial Controller with and independent mindset
You have a relevant financial education at minimum bachelor’s level. You have held a similar position in an international function for minimum five years. You are a collaborative team player with a go-do attitude and have excellent analytical skills.
