As IT Category Manager, your well-assorted, IT procurement toolbox enables you to support our global IT organisation and deliver excellent procurement services, on both strategic and operational levels. In this way, you are equally comfortable acting as sparring partner on Global IT Management meetings, driving highly complex projects and negotiations, as well as rolling up your sleeves to perform more hands-on operational tasks. In other words, you will have the end-to-end responsibility to manage and develop your category.

We have many exciting, ongoing projects and as IT Category Manager, you will be instrumental in realising these, as well as scoping future projects towards the global organisation. In this way, you will have a broad, independent role, with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Can you identify yourself with strong leadership and scientific skills?
With an educational background as e.g. Medical Doctor, M.Sc. Pharmacy or business bachelor degree, you have + 10 years of experience within pharma, with several years of leadership experience and minimum 5 years of experience from Scientific Affairs/Medical Affairs roles (regional and/or global) within immunology/ autoimmune disease area in the biologic field. To succeed, it is vital that you possess the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners both inside and outside the organisation. Furthermore, you have a strategic outlook, and a senior leadership perspective together with a strong sense of urgency and priority setting.

Global Bio-Dermatology
The global Bio-Dermatology business unit is placed under Region Europe+ as LEO Pharma holds the European license to market Brodalumab under the name Kyntheum®. The regional head office is based at the group headquarters in Denmark. Contribute in optimising the execution of projects and programmes in Global IT
As Senior PMO Manager you are located in the PMO Department, which is a part of the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM). Besides PMO the PPM area consist of Programme Management, Project Management, Process Management, Organisational Change Management and Portfolio Management. PPM itself is one of four areas forming Global IT in LEO Pharma. Currently PPM manages 72 projects organised in 12 Programmes – the vast majority is directly linked to LEO Pharma’s Business areas and as such support the 2025 Strategy. As Senior PMO manager you are working in close collaboration with Programme- or Project Managers to ensure solid Planning, Reporting, Governance, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues and Decisions), Lessons Learned, Financial Management, Meeting structures etc. This is done through problem identification (pro- and reactively), building concepts to mitigate, anchoring supportive processes, tools and templates and subsequently monitoring/supporting to ensure a steady state. In short increasing the programme/project maturity; not by taking an academic and method heavy approach, but by creating impacts where it matters the most.

Your focus is on Processes whereas the Programme- and Project Manager focus on Deliverables.

Your qualifications

  • You have a relevant academic background (BA, MSc or equivalent)
  • You have worked as Project- or PMO Manager on medium to large scale Programmes or Projects for more than 5 years
  • You have a structured and analytical approach to solving problems and a talent for identifying pragmatic solutions
  • You are strong in communication, team- and relation building and provide tangible results

Project Manager Apps

Our client is an international technology company dedicated to developing state of the art solutions and ground-breaking, award-winning apps that better the lives of people across the globe. Our client is in a strong growth phase and are searching for a Project Manager Apps.

You will be heading a team of 6-8 people with the purpose of development of either existing or new apps (both iOS and Android) for some of the most prominent products and solutions in the industry.

In this position, you will be assuming full responsibility for strategically important app development projects, aligning expectations on time, cost and scope and allocating tasks to the development teams. You will be using a cross platform framework, Xamarin, with agile work methodologies and collaborate with experienced and skilled cross functional colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the technical stakeholder management to ensure alignment and that the app co-functions with the entire back end and other systems.

Furthermore, you will be using your interest in continuous improvements to drive one or more common improvement projects, focusing on e.g. our procedures, guidelines, documentation, tools and practices.

Agile development – strong communications skills.
We expect you to have a master’s degree within IT Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar. You are an experienced project manager with project management certifications and solid experience with agile development, Scrum and/or SAFe. We expect you to have 3+ years of experience as a manager, team leader or technical software project leader.

Furthermore, you have knowledge of and experience with programming and scripting languages, associated technologies and structured design, C# and continuous Integration.

LEO Pharma is in the process of developing their use of digital platforms across the entire organisation. A new business unit – Digital Business Platforms – has been established and will over the next 18 months transform the way platforms are used in Research & Development, Global Product Supply and Commercial Operations.
We are looking for skilled people to drive the important process of implementing the use of platforms across the organisation.

Data as a Platform
We are looking for people to the following six positions:

  • Product Owner – Digital Process Platforms – R&D
  • Product Owner – Digital Analytics Platforms – R&D
  • Product Owner – Digital Process Platforms – Commercial Operations
  • Product Owner – Digital Analytics Platforms – Commercial Operations
  • Product Owner – Digital Process Platforms – GPS
  • Product Owner – Digital Analytics Platforms – GPS

There are individual characteristics for the positions, but a common feature is that your responsibilities will be to:

  • Assume overall accountability for value creation for a defined digital analytics platform portfolio stretching across the function and ensure your digital platforms are delivering the expected business outcome
  • Proactively engage with senior stakeholders in business, innovate and identify new ways of improving processes and create value from data and analytics-driven digital products
  • Assume role as Product Owner for scrum teams dedicated to deliver your platforms, address resource related issues as and when they arise
  • Ensure your digital platforms are delivered successfully, monitoring progress against agreed schedule, quality, scope and budget
  • Act as escalation point when issues arise with resources to manage and resolve disputes or conflicts
  • Accelerate the department’s wide transformation towards the adoption of analytics-fuelled digital platforms

Skilled problem solver with innovative mindset
We expect you to have a master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field. You must be well versed in quantitative methods, predictive modelling and/or statistics. For some of the positions it is an advantage, if you have experience with the Veeva Vault Suite. Furthermore, you must possess advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and speak English at a high professional level.

Personally, you are a resourceful problem-solver that drives results and thrives with working in a quickly changing environment, which requires strategic agility. You are an excellent team player balanced with strong autonomy and high motivation to produce individually. You are open to new ideas and have an innovative approach. Furthermore, you are a skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to communicate complex messages, constructively challenge and guide business stakeholders, successfully guide data scientists and developers to successful shipment of digital platforms.
