Marketing Creation Manager

Exciting opportunity in a global technology company

If you are interested in working in a global growth environment at Jabra (GN Audio), here is the chance for you. Jabra is a highly successful technology brand, dedicated to delivering innovative audio and video solutions across B2B and B2C.

GN Audio is on a growth journey, and 2020 is no exception, especially within the B2B segment. The role as Marketing Creation Manager B2B is vacant due to internal promotions, and now we are searching for the candidate who can take the role to the next step.

Creative and organised marketing B2B specialist
The role as Marketing Creation Manager offers an exciting opportunity to develop product launch marketing assets to the next level within the enterprise (B2B) space. You will be working with the latest technologies within video and audio products and you will transform business objectives into clear written briefs. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing toolkits for B2B product launches, understanding the ´what´ briefed by the global product marketing team and turning that into the ´how´. Your ability to combine a creative mindset with the perfectionist’s excellent stakeholder and project management skills are essential.

We expect that you have a strong marketing background and that you have gained a solid toolbox from previous roles. You have worked with channel B2B marketing and/or marketing creation for +5 years.

You could come from many different companies; but we expect that you have documented experience with global product launches and that you have “good taste” on the creative side. Since you will have the daily management responsibility for a Project Manager, it will be a plus if you have people management experience.

Leading the wireless headphone category, consisting of a small number of top-quality products, you will be close to the products you manage while seated at the cockpit of Jabra’s commercial growth journey. You will be the one driving the strategic commercial direction, ensuring execution throughout the product life cycle and overseeing the commercial performance of your portfolio across Jabra’s global markets.

Influence stakeholders to commercial success
Driving your category, you need to balance consumer needs with revenue and margin targets, market opportunities and, at times, conflicting business interests. Thus, you will have to listen carefully to as well as challenge your stakeholders across the value chain.

“This is your chance to transform the global markets of consumer electronics. The products and the business processes you manage have massive scope, and you’ll get rare insights into our markets across the globe,” says Danny Sanders, Head of Consumer Business Management.

Commercial talent with cross-functional understanding
We are looking for a senior profile who has experience with high-level decision-making, perhaps from a European or global HQ function. You are confident driving cross-functional execution and succeed by influencing your stakeholders through informal leadership. Moreover, you bring:

  • A relevant master’s degree, preferably in business

  • Data management and analytical skills as well as the ability to act strategically on findings
  • Excellent communication skills in English and experience communicating with senior management

  • Able to go both strategic as well as being comfortable with the details
  • Preferably project/program management experience from a complex business environment
  • Preferably experience within consumer electronics and retail

Product Developer

Nøgleposition i dansk familieejet virksomhed.

At Aspen, we are proud of more than 160 years’ commitment to sustaining life and promoting healthcare by supplying high quality, affordable medicines to people across the globe. With an extensive portfolio that provides treatment for a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions, we continue to increase the number of lives benefiting from Aspen’s products.
Due to growing activities in the Nordics, we are currently looking for a passionate, service-minded colleague with specific focus on our logistical operations.

Drive key stakeholders and ensure supply chain optimisation in the Nordics
As Nordic Logistics Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to ensure the availability of Aspen products to relevant customers, by coordinating demand management, supply optimisation and pricing. In this way, you will act as the First Point of Contact between our Danish logistic service provider and all Nordic wholesalers. In addition, you will be responsible for driving selected administrative functions, such as Clawbacks and Discount reconciliation and Aspen Contract Library management.

In the role as Nordic Logistics Coordinator, your day will therefore consist of varied tasks, such as:

  • Supply chain monitoring and reporting: Proactively communicating with key internal and external stakeholders in the Nordics, as well as monitoring stock levels, inventory and managing (master) data.
  • Pricing monitoring and select reporting: Maintaining pricing information, herein overviews of discounts and pricing corridors, checking validity of claw back claims and communicating pricing information according to external requirements.
  • Administration: Preparing documentation in collaboration with Regulatory, as well as handling contracts and invoices.
  • Business Intelligence: Researching/compiling market insights e.g. (public) pricing, purchase patterns, as well as compiling and disseminating monthly sales reports.

In this way, the Nordic Logistics Coordinator will assume a varied palette of tasks, which entails a great opportunity to shape the role and develop your professional competencies. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance Nordics/Benelux/Alpine, you will be part of a small team of passionate colleagues, with international responsibilities, working from our modern offices in Copenhagen area.

Proactive, structured and service-minded colleague
To succeed in the role as Nordic Logistics Coordinator, you can come from a variety of backgrounds, but we imagine that you have at least a few years’ experience from a similar role with a thorough understanding of logistical operations and supply chain management from an administrative viewpoint. Furthermore, you have an analytical, data-driven mindset and know your way around Excel. Most importantly, you are a proactive ‘go-getter’, who works systematically, with a distinct service-minded approach to both internal and external stakeholders.

Are you versatile, passionate and ready to be part of our dynamic journey?
We are searching for you, if you want to be part of our journey and to use your experience in a broad role with lots of responsibility and a large amount of flexibility. The role is part-time, but we are very open to discuss both scale and scope with the right candidate.
