Trykfarven skal kunne leve op til den strenge lovgivning, der regulerer fødevarer og samtidig imødekommer de nye ønsker fra kunder samt ønsker fra potentielle nye kunder.

I kombination med din praktiske laboratorieerfaring og viden om compliance, formår du både at ”regne baglæns” fra et kundeønske om en bestemt farve og dens egenskab og ”begynde korrekt” i udviklingsprocessen, så der både er så kort tid som muligt fra idé til færdigt produkt og at produktionen er skalerbar til kommercielt konkurrencedygtigt niveau.

Kemisk praktiker med erfaring fra compliance
I samarbejde med kollegaerne – hvor Quality Manager bliver primær samarbejdspartner understøttet af Development Manager – udvikler og afprøver du ideer til nye trykfarver. For Resino glæder det om, at nye trykfarver er udviklet på en ansvarlig måde og med en grundighed, så fejl er opdaget tidligt i processen og hele processen har kunden i tankerne. Kunderne er den vigtigste relation for at Resino kan fastholde sin globale førerposition.

Udviklingen vil ske dels i laboratoriet og dels bag skrivebordet, for at sikre sig, at produktet kan blive godkendt af de respektive myndigheder. Det forventes derfor, at du har praktisk erfaring med organisk kemi, så du kan begå dig hjemmevant i et laboratorium, samt at du har erfaring med compliance, så produkterne opfylder myndighedernes krav – og begge dele gerne fra fødevareområdet.

Vær med til at sætte retningen på Resinos produktportefølje
Da din hverdag vil blive præget af en del laboratoriske ”trial and error”-forsøg vil det være en fordel med både gå-på-mod og lyst til det entreprenante. I udvikling af nye produkter vil det også være en fordel med erfaring fra projektledelse og/eller en projektkultur. I dag er de fleste projekter initieret ved intern forespørgsel, som forventes i fremtiden at blive suppleret med specifikke kundeforespørgsler. Resino deltager i en række udviklingsforsøg med andre samarbejdspartnere – f.eks. i et forsøg til udvikling af trykbart svejseblæk til brug i Arlas fødevareemballage.

Det forventes du har en kemisk-teoretisk uddannelse på bachelor-niveau eller højere kombineret med praktisk erfaring – gerne fra både laboratoriet og i arbejdet med compliance.

Drive key stakeholders and ensure supply chain optimisation in the Nordics

 Set the strategic direction – Lead and transform
With a direct report to the CMO, you will play a key role in the Global Marketing Leadership Team and in defining and implementing the overall strategic business intelligence agenda in GN Hearing.

The implementation of the program started approximately one year ago and in June this year it went live in Phase 1 involving the Demand Planning module. As Supply Chain Management IT Consultant, you will play a major part in the successful continued implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response over the coming years. The next major milestone is Phase 2 involving the Supply Planning module.

You are in charge of collecting requirements and designing supply chain solutions where the SCM IT solutions, Rapid Response and AX2012, work seamlessly together. Moreover, you will provide guidance to the business on how to make SCM solutions that fulfil business requirements and add value to the supply chain.

Your main tasks are to:

  • Help users specify requirements
  • Design, configurate and deploy Rapid Response solutions for GN Audio
  • Drive and implement changes to Rapid Response solutions after they go live
  • Advice users and colleagues on how to benefit from using standard functions in Rapid Response
  • Provide 3rd-level support on complex issues that the business (superusers) cannot resolve
  • Ensure the application is running and being maintained
  • Be the point of contact towards Rapid Response external partners

The GN organisation is under continuous development. This has among other things resulted in that the previous Head of Accounting, who has held the position for five years, has chosen to seek new challenges. Therefore, GN is now looking for a new Director with international Finance experience to fill the position as Head of Accounting.

In this position you will be responsible for the Group Accounting department consisting of 23 employees whereof three Managers are in direct report. As Head of Accounting you will report directly to the VP for Group Reporting, Controlling, Tax & Accounting and be a part of the VPs management team.

You will be overall responsible for managing work across multiple areas of finance hereunder all activities of the accounting and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives.  The department also includes GN’s payroll department and is highly linked to GN’s treasury department located in Singapore. You are also overall responsible for timely and compliant monthly financial reporting and annual audit process.

Besides the daily management and operational task in the department, you will also play an important role in development of the Financial structures and processes in GN Group and you will be a key player in the implementation of the new ERP system in GN Hearing, Microsoft365. Among other things this will include the possible establishment of a shared service centre as well as the continued increase in the use of robotics in the processes.

Experienced people manager bringing value to the numbers
GN are looking for a candidate who has a strong financial background with preferably 5-10 years of experience within finance/financial analysis/controlling from an international environment. It is also expected that you have solid management experience and are driven by managing other managers.

We expect you to have:

  • A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar
  • Strong basic knowledge of the financial toolbox
  • Good interpersonal understanding and good cooperative skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills and a desire to work in an international environment
  • Strong analytical skills
