Leading master data projects on a global basis
As Master Data Specialist, you will experience an exciting and versatile day, where you will interact with colleagues from all over the world – the purpose being to bridge business needs and system processes. Your main responsibility will be to lead or participate in multi-function master data projects, focusing either on an entirely new setup or on further developing or optimizing an existing process. In this regard, you will play a key role in ensuring that the processes fit together and create value for all stakeholders involved. In addition, you will be responsible for training colleagues to ensure that they are able to make the most out of the system. Finally, you will also be spending time with technical implementation as well as assisting colleagues within the department with daily tasks.

You will join the Master Data & Governance department and be part of a highly competent team of currently six persons focusing on delivering high quality support to the rest of the organization. When entering the department, you will experience an informal atmosphere where socials aspects are prioritized.

In this role, you should expect approximately 30-60 travel days yearly.

Experienced master data professional with great interpersonal skills
For this position, we are looking for a person with several years of experience working with master data maintenance and processes. We expect that you have experience working with product related processes and thus, possess a broad knowledge within the field. SAP experience is an advantage, alternatively you have experience working with a similar ERP system. You are fluent in English, written as well as verbally.

On a personal note, you work structured with a keen eye for details. You possess a problem-solving mindset, while always aiming at helping your colleague in the best way possible. This entails a natural flair for being able to positively engage and cooperate with various types of people, no matter rank or function. Head of Corporate Finance Systems

In this position your aim will be to professionalize and conceptualize Finance Processes in close cooperation with IT and key stakeholders in the Finance organization. We are looking for a profile with a strong Finance Business acumen and the ability to get things done!

Creating focus and simplicity in the Global Finance organization
The Head of Corporate Finance Systems is instrumental in executing the ECCO Group’s strategy of striving for focus and simplicity.  It is imperative in the execution of this strategy that the company continuously drives towards one source of truth and a harmonized financial systems landscape.

In this position you will be acting as an integrated partner to build functional alignment with the senior executives for Corporate Finance, Regional Finance, Corporate IT and Corporate Treasury organizations. Working with the functional leadership in each of the areas outlined above, you will be creating a Finance Technology strategy and roadmap which enables the business goals and objectives while leveraging new and enabling digital technologies to drive value generation. Thus, you must drive innovation within the Finance function via business systems and process transformation. Furthermore, partner with vendors and system providers to assess platform capabilities and identify opportunities for cost savings, productivity, process streamlining, simplification and improved user experience is also part of the job.

The Head of Corporate Finance Systems will report directly to the Vice President of Corporate Finance. The Subordinate Manager will be the Head of Business Intelligence and subordinates are Finance Process Owner Specialists. Besides this, the person will have 6 persons in indirect reference. Business Intelligence operates from offices in Bredebro (DK), Porto (PT) and Londonderry (USA).

IT profile with excellent project management skills
To be successful in this role, it is imperative that you have excellent project management skills, as you will be the main driver in scoping and executing some key finance projects. You are an excellent executer and excellent in interacting with various stakeholders in an International context.

As a leader, you must have a holistic approach, possess and demonstrate a strong leader capacity towards both your own organisation and empower others to take responsibility and buy-in. Preferably, you have a background within IT and have a strong knowledge about Finance processes. Either from a similar position or as a Consultant with experience from working with Global companies.

Managing global development teams and balancing stakeholder interests
As Head of Products & Supply Chain at ECCO, you will become part of a global IT Organization dedicated to supporting and enabling the overall ECCO strategy. Your overall responsibility will be to lead development teams within the areas of Products and Supply Chain, covering everything from design, branding, product development, production, supply chain and production IT. Some of the main focuses will be an optimization of the PLM platform in ECCO, digital transformation as well as ensuring a 24/7 production at all times. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will be part of the CIO leadership team and thereby co-responsible for driving and achieving the IT Strategy.

You will be in charge of 19 employees located across Denmark, Portugal, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, USA and Slovakia. This entails that you are overall responsible for developing your own organization, while ensuring a focused development of and a high level of engagement among your employees. Your stakeholders will be colleagues from various parts of the ECCO organization, located globally as well.

Motivational leader with great interpersonal skills
For this role, it is a prerequisite that you have several years of experience leading a global IT team, preferably in a production/design environment. Your educational background could be as a computer scientist or Master of Engineering. You are familiar with the principles of Product Lifecycle Management, and you have experience with SAP Sales and Operations, SAP Material Management and production IT.
