Ansvar for regnskab, controlling og Enterprise Risk
Som Head of Group Accounting and Financial Controlling bidrager du aktivt til eksekvering af ECCO Groups strategi om at stræbe efter fokus og enkelthed. For at lykkes med eksekveringen af denne strategi, er det afgørende at stræbe mod én kilde til sandhed baseret på valide data fra pålidelige regnskabsprocesser samt den nødvendige styring af opgaver. Du får ansvaret for konsolidering af koncernens finansielle resultater, herunder måneds- og årsrapporter, budgetter og forecasts, samt ECCO Groups regnskabspraksis og gruppekontoplan. Derudover er du ansvarlig for intern revision i de særskilte enheder, hvor din opgave bliver at sikre overensstemmelse i leverancer til måneds- og årsluk samt forecast processen.

Foruden ansvaret for koncernens regnskab og finansiel controlling får du ansvaret for Enterprise Risk Management, hvilket omfatter periodisk indsendelse af Enterprise Risk-rapport til bestyrelse, revisionsudvalg og tilsynsråd, som anskueliggør og rangerer de vigtigste risici i ECCO Group.

I rollen som IT-projektleder skal du lede store som små IT-projekter med stor betydning. For at kunne gøre dette skal du kunne udvikle og fastholde relationer. Du vil gennem projekterne være med til at skabe vækst og optimeringer for virksomheden.

Din opgave er sikre projekterne fra initiering til implementering, herunder afklaring og specificering af forretningskrav, proces- og løsningsdesign. En stor del af din tid vil gå med at motivere projektdeltagerne, følge op og sørge for, at alle byder ind. Rent praktisk får du også til opgave at lave projektplan, udarbejde kontrakter, facilitere workshops og styregruppemøder, afgive statusrapporter og desuden overholde budgettet for projekterne.

Du vil blive en del af et fem personers team af projektledere i afdelingen Portfolio and Project Management i Group IT, hvor formålet er at eksekvere og levere forretningsprioriterede projekter. Du kommer til at arbejde med mange forskelligartede projekter i hele værdikæden. Nogle af projekterne, der ligger først for, er blandt andre kunderettede aktiviteter indenfor E-commerce og CRM.

IT-projektleder, der foretrækker at arbejde tæt sammen med andre i at skabe forretningsmæssige forbedringer

Du kan enten have arbejdet med IT-projektledelse i en større virksomhed, hvor du er den, der sikrer fremdrift og struktur. Alternativt, har du arbejdet i en lignende international virksomhed, hvor du har været en del af forretningen og været en stor del af flere større IT-projekter. Kendskab til SAP er en fordel.

Da dette job spænder vidt i virksomhedens værdikæde, er det bestemt en fordel, at du tidligere har været en del af projekter, som går på tværs. Det være sig f.eks.  salg, planlægning, produktion og logistik. Du har en PM-certificering – gerne Prince 2, og vi forventer, at du taler og skriver engelsk på et højt niveau.

Solution Architect, Product & Supply

Designing the architectural landscape in a global setup
As Product & Supply Architect at ECCO, you will be part of a dedicated IT Product & Supply Chain team focused on designing, developing and optimizing the IT architecture and -processes concerning Planning, Procurement, Warehouse and Product Lifecycle Management. In this role, your responsibility will be to engage with relevant business stakeholders to understand business challenges and perspectives within the above areas and based on this, translate business requirements into concepts and roadmaps. As a Solution Architect, you will be involved in various challenging projects, of which the first will be for you to play a leading role in designing and building a new solution for ECCO’s global warehouse setup. Solution Architect, Authorization

For this position, we are looking for a person experienced in authorization creation and maintenance with a deep understanding of the processes and policies within the area. Perhaps you work as a Consultant today and are ready for the next step becoming a Solution Architect. We expect that you have experience in translating business needs into specific requirements, whereas knowledge about architectural framework and modelling will be an advantage. Leading master data projects on a global basis

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that you have excellent project management skills, as you will be the main driver in scoping and executing some key finance projects. You are an excellent executer and excellent in interacting with various stakeholders in an International context.
