I samarbete med vår uppdragsgivare söker vi Dig som brinner för att göra affärer med läkemedel. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete inom läkemedelsbranschen, gärna med ett etablerat nätverk inom primärvården.

Företaget är inne i ett spännande skede, där man nu söker en motiverad affärsdriven person som snabbt kan sätta sig in i befintlig produktportfölj. Du driver försäljningen i ditt distrikt mot relevanta målgrupper.

Regional Sales Manager – Sweden

World’s leading products within medical devices
In the role as Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the team who will sell the full range of products within Surgical Innovation to hospitals and related healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for maximising growth and profitability through achieving targets in close cooperation with your team.

You will be responsible for business development by ensuring execution of action plans and take the lead selling products in your assigned region in Sweden. This role will mainly be focusing on activities in Southern part of Sweden.

Tender management is a big part of the job, which means that networking and influencing key opinion leaders is essential to be successful in this role. Your analytical skills and ability to navigate in a complex environment will be another key to success.

Swedish speaking sales manager with strong business acumen
We expect you to  have a relevant degree on at least bachelor level – but experience and a proven track record within sales for at least 5 years is essential in this position. Moreover, 3 years of experience with people management and motivating a team with great diversity and seniority is an expertise that will be emphasised.

You have great coaching skills and you know your way around people management & development. You have strong business acumen and you know how to navigate within complex sales strategies, where the road to the goal is not always straightforward.

It is important that you are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
