The business of the company is going through a digital transformation, hence going from physical security solutions (storage on paper) to also including more digital solutions.

Iron Mountain is looking for a highly professional Business Development Executive, who can develop and grow both Digital and Records Management Business in all of Denmark from the office in Greve. You will mainly focus on potential clients, but you will also work on existing clients – and where appropriate expanding with new business revenues. This through the intention of introducing existing clients to the newer digital solutions.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • independently developing a portfolio of corporate customers,
  • strategic account planning at customer level,
  • contribute to the execution of the overall business strategy.

You will work closely with operations, pre-sales, partners and customer-care across Iron Mountain in the client focus.  You refer to the Commercial Director for Norway & Denmark, who is based in the office in Greve, and you will be part of a Danish sales team consisting of 3 others.

We are looking for proven sales/business development experience.
Your educational background is not the most important. Our focus is to employ a candidate who has a good sales experience in the level of 5+ years, and who knows the sales profession (prospecting, booking meetings, preparing presentations and offers, follow-up, negotiating etc.). Beneficial is if you bring insight to work-flows/processes in a corporate company and thereby is able to understand risk issues for the client in that respect.

You are business-oriented, proactive, results-driven and motivated by expanding and managing a client portfolio. You work independently and proactively with a relationship-building approach and excellent communication/ presentation/negotiation skills. You are proficient in Excel/Word and fluent in Danish/English – both in speak/-writing.
