Bonaventura Scandza is a subsidiary of the Norwegian owned Scandza, with headquarter in Oslo, and includes more than 20 iconic brands in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Scandza has more than a thousand employees allocated to the brands across Scandinavia.
Bonaventura is a leading distributor of several branded goods for the grocery-retail business, pharmacy chains, kiosks/convenience stores and the HORECA market in Scandinavia. Since its establishment in 2006, the company has grown rapidly and consists of more than 80 employees in the Nordics. Today, Scandza is a proactive, rapidly growing challenger in the Nordic FMCG landscape, with sales of up to NOK 5 billion and a portfolio of local brands, complemented by well-known licensed brands.
In Sweden, Bonaventura is represented by Royal Biscuit and Royal Confectionery, with offices in Skåne. The company is on a growth journey where the plan is to new segments and categories in the years to come. There are currently 14 sales representatives and 3 KAMs in Sweden.
Exiting Key Account Manager position with the biggest clients
To better position itself on the Swedish market and following the strategy of becoming a key player in the Nordic market, Bonventura Sweden is looking for a skilled KAM within the FMCG segment. You will get an opportunity to work for an ambitious and growth-orientated company, where you will have a crucial role in building and developing the commercial activities in Sweden.
As KAM at Bonaventura Sweden, you have a great responsibility in securing the continuous sales growth and their leading position on the Swedish market. Your responsibility includes securing, developing and strengthening the sales to the key customers. You will be the Royal Biscuit contact regarding sales price negotiations and other relevant matters regarding sales.
As a part of the KAM team, you will get your own portfolio of customers which will be your strategic responsibility to develop and grow. You will be responsible for clients including, but not limited, to: ICA, COOP, AXFOOD and BERGENDAHLS. The categories will range from cakes and biscuits to dairy and other FMCG categories, representing both own brands, principal-owned brands and private label.
As KAM you will be on a unique journey, where you will have a tremendous influence on the commercial activities at Bonaventura Sweden. It is important that you use your strong experience from the retail/FMCG and convenience segment and you are outbound, innovative, with eyes on the target and result oriented in your customer approach.
Are you the candidate?
We are looking for an experienced candidate with solid retail experience, working with big clients such as ICA, Bergenhdahls and COOP. You must be a proactive and ambitious candidate who is not afraid of making a difference. If you have worked in one of the bigger FMCG companies within the food category, it would be a great advantage.
