Arbejdsgivere har derfor f\u00e5et et forbud mod at indhente oplysninger om en ans\u00f8gers alder i forbindelse med ans\u00e6ttelse og rekruttering.<\/h4>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Den nye lov harmonerer med, at arbejdsgivere kun m\u00e5 sp\u00f8rge ind til de emner, der er v\u00e6sentlige for arbejdets tilrettel\u00e6ggelse og udf\u00f8relse. Det betyder dog ikke, at en arbejdsgiver ikke m\u00e5 l\u00e6gge v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 erfaring \u2013 loven skal blot hj\u00e6lpe med at sikre, at en ans\u00f8ger ikke bliver valgt fra udelukkende p\u00e5 grund af alder.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har i den forbindelse samlet 3 ting, den nye lov er med til at undg\u00e5:<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>1 Undg\u00e5 mangel p\u00e5 arbejdskraft<\/h4>\n<p><em>\u201dRegeringen frems\u00e6tter \u2026 et lovforslag, der betyder, at arbejdsgiver ikke m\u00e5 bede om at f\u00e5 oplyst ans\u00f8geres alder &#8230; Lovforslaget udspringer af trepartsaftalen fra efter\u00e5ret 2021, der skal bidrage til at afhj\u00e6lpe manglen p\u00e5 arbejdskraft\u201d<\/em>, fremg\u00e5r det af en <a href=\"https:\/\/bm.dk\/nyheder-presse\/pressemeddelelser\/2022\/02\/mange-ledige-seniorer-oplever-at-blive-valgt-fra-paa-grund-af-alder\/\">pressemeddelelse<\/a> fra Besk\u00e6ftigelsesministeriet .<\/p>\n<p>Loven er dermed vedtaget som et led i \u201dTrepartsaftalen om mangel p\u00e5 arbejdskraft\u201d, der skal v\u00e6re med til at f\u00e5 flere jobs\u00f8gende ind p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. Det er derfor et led i at g\u00f8re det nemmere for jobs\u00f8gende at f\u00e5 ledige job og dermed mindske manglen p\u00e5 arbejdskraft p\u00e5 det danske arbejdsmarked.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>2 Undg\u00e5 frasortering af kvalificerede kandidater<\/h4>\n<p>Den nye lov skal ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re med til at give bedre betingelser for jobs\u00f8gende, eftersom en ans\u00f8ger ikke l\u00e6ngere kan blive valgt fra p\u00e5 grund af alder, men derimod bliver vurderet p\u00e5 baggrund af kvalifikationer og erfaring. Allerede i screeningsprocessen giver dette bedre betingelser for ans\u00f8gere, da en ans\u00f8gning ikke l\u00e6ngere kan blive frasorteret ved et kig p\u00e5 f\u00f8dsels\u00e5ret:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201d49 pct. af respondenterne i evalueringen har svaret, at de har oplevet at blive valgt fra p\u00e5 grund af deres f\u00f8dselsdato, mens 44 pct. har erfaret, at det er sv\u00e6rt at finde job, hvis de \u00f8nsker at skifte branche\u201d<\/em>, lyder det i en <a href=\"https:\/\/bm.dk\/nyheder-presse\/pressemeddelelser\/2022\/02\/mange-ledige-seniorer-oplever-at-blive-valgt-fra-paa-grund-af-alder\/\">pressemeddelelse<\/a> fra Besk\u00e6ftigelsesministeriet.<\/p>\n<p>Det skal derfor sende et signal til virksomheder om, at kvalifikationer s\u00e6ttes i h\u00f8js\u00e6det uanset alder p\u00e5 ans\u00f8ger. Der bliver dermed taget stilling til en ans\u00f8gers kompetencer ud fra et neutralt udgangspunkt, og dette er med til at sikre en kvalificeret arbejdskraft.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/thorsten-andersen\/\">Thorsten Andersen<\/a>, seniorkonsulent i Compass Human Resources Group, underst\u00f8tter dette:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dKunderne er generelt optaget af kompetencer, personlighed og motivation. N\u00e5r vi tidligere blev m\u00f8dt med et alders\u00f8nske, var det mere ud fra, hvordan en person opfattes i en bestemt alder, end at de \u00f8nskede en kandidat med en bestemt alder. Jo mere erfaren en ans\u00e6ttende leder er i rekrutteringssammenh\u00e6nge, desto sj\u00e6ldnere blev alder bragt p\u00e5 banen\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; custom_margin=&#8221;|auto|62px|auto||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; min_height=&#8221;708.4px&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>3 Undg\u00e5 aldersdiskrimination<\/h4>\n<p>Der har v\u00e6ret en tendens til, at ledige seniorer har f\u00f8lt sig fravalgt p\u00e5 grund af deres alder. Derfor er den nye lov ogs\u00e5 et led i at forhindre aldersdiskrimination i forbindelse med jobs\u00f8gning og dermed give seniorer bedre betingelser, n\u00e5r de s\u00f8ger job.<\/p>\n<p>Besk\u00e6ftigelsesminister <a href=\"https:\/\/bm.dk\/nyheder-presse\/nyheder\/2022\/02\/lovforslag-skal-stoppe-diskrimination-af-ledige-seniorer\/\">Peter Hummelgaard<\/a> understreger: <em>\u201dDer er et behov for, at vi f\u00e5r gjort op med diskrimination af seniorer p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet. I en tid, hvor virksomheder efterlyser arbejdskraft, er det fuldst\u00e6ndigt absurd, at ledige danske l\u00f8nmodtagere med masser af ressourcer og kompetencer oplever, at de bliver valgt fra alene p\u00e5 grund af deres alder. Vi tager med lovforslaget et lille skridt i arbejdet med at f\u00e5 stoppet aldersdiskrimination, men vi sender et stort signal til virksomhederne\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Compass Human Resources Groups vurdering af ny lov<\/h4>\n<p>For Compass Human Resources Group \u00e6ndrer det ikke den nuv\u00e6rende m\u00e5de at h\u00e5ndtere kandidater p\u00e5, da det indtil nu ikke har v\u00e6ret praksis at indhente oplysninger om en kandidats alder:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dJeg oplever det ikke som et problem, for vi spurgte sj\u00e6ldent om alder tidligere, da det ikke er et parameter, vi udv\u00e6lger p\u00e5.
