I \u00a71 af <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retsinformation.dk\/eli\/lta\/2017\/1001\">forskelsbehandlingsloven<\/a> fremg\u00e5r det:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dVed forskelsbehandling forst\u00e5s i denne lov enhver direkte eller indirekte forskelsbehandling p\u00e5 grund af race, hudfarve, religion eller tro, politisk anskuelse, seksuel orientering, alder, handicap eller national, social eller etnisk oprindelse\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Derfor er det essentielt, at visse emner helt udelades i en rekrutteringssamtale. Disse emner omfatter graviditet og familieplaner, handicap, fagforening og religion, st\u00e5sted og seksualitet. Herunder indg\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l til en kandidats alder, da en ny <a href=\"https:\/\/bm.dk\/nyheder-presse\/pressemeddelelser\/2022\/03\/forbud-mod-at-spoerge-til-alder-i-stillingsopslag-vedtaget\/\" title=\"lov\">lov <\/a>sikrer, at arbejdsgivere ikke m\u00e5 sp\u00f8rge til en kandidats alder i stillingsopslag. Netop denne lov er beskrevet i et tidligere blogindl\u00e6g og kan l\u00e6ses <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/ny-lov-sikrer-at-arbejdsgivere-ikke-ma-sporge-til-din-alder\/\">her<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/claus-mengel-niemann\/\">Claus Mengel-Niemann<\/a>, seniorkonsulent i Compass Human Resources Group, underst\u00f8tter, at ovenst\u00e5ende emner meget sj\u00e6ldent har relevans for et ans\u00e6ttelsesforhold:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dDet er ikke noget, som jeg ser som en begr\u00e6nsning. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de undg\u00e5r du, at der kan opst\u00e5 tvivl om diskrimination og forskelsbehandling\u201d<\/em>, lyder det i en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danskindustri.dk\/vi-radgiver-dig\/personale\/ansattelse-og-rekruttering\/rekruttering\/jobsamtale\/#:~:text=Som%20arbejdsgiver%20skal%20du%20undg%C3%A5,overtr%C3%A6der%20du%20loven%20om%20forskelsbehandling.\">artikel<\/a> af Dansk Industri.<\/p>\n<p>Vores praksis stemmer overens med de p\u00e5bud, der er i forbindelse med en rekrutteringssamtale og -proces:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dI praksis synes jeg ikke, det er et problem. Jeg oplever ikke, at vores kunder eksempelvis siger, at de ikke vil have en yngre kvinde p\u00e5 grund af muligheden for en barsel \u2013 og specielt ikke efter de nye regler, hvor en del af barslen er \u00f8rem\u00e6rket til faderen.
