Industri og byggeri er ingen undtagelse. I dag indg\u00e5r b\u00e6redygtighed i alt fra byggeriets design og energiforbrug til kommunikation og markedsf\u00f8ring af projektet.<\/p>\n<p>I l\u00f8bet af de sidste 5-6 \u00e5r er markedets eftersp\u00f8rgsel p\u00e5 kompetencer inden for b\u00e6redygtighed eksploderet. Det medf\u00f8rer store udfordringer, n\u00e5r det kommer til <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/esg-rekruttering\/\">rekruttering af nye medarbejdere inden for ESG-omr\u00e5det<\/a>. Der findes meget f\u00e5 profiler, der har kompetencer, som forener ledelse og forretning med b\u00e6redygtighed.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; header_4_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Industrien kan ikke f\u00f8lge med markedets eftersp\u00f8rgsel<\/h3>\n<p>I og med at b\u00e6redygtighedsstrategier etableres i det \u00f8verste ledelseslag, er det ikke noget, man i rekrutteringen af nye medarbejdere kan se bort fra. Det har medf\u00f8rt, at eftersp\u00f8rgslen for kompetencer inden for b\u00e6redygtighed er accelereret i en s\u00e5dan grad, at industrien ikke har kunnet f\u00f8lge med.<\/p>\n<p>En velkendt udfordring hos mange virksomheder er netop at finde b\u00e6redygtighedsprofiler, der har ledelses- og forretningserfaring. Det er en meget sv\u00e6r opgave at l\u00f8se, idet store dele af sektoren ikke har haft kapacitet til at efters\u00e6tte i samme tempo som markedet.<\/p>\n<h4>Industrien er ikke moden nok til at efterkomme det stigende behov for b\u00e6redygtighed<\/h4>\n<p>Byggeri og industri er ekstra s\u00e5rbare, fordi der udover virksomhedens egen b\u00e6redygtighedsprofil ogs\u00e5 indg\u00e5r en lang r\u00e6kke eksterne interessenter i v\u00e6rdi- og forsyningsk\u00e6den. At kontrollere for compliance i alle afkroge af v\u00e6rdi- og forsyningsk\u00e6den er et ressource- og tidskr\u00e6vende arbejde, der p\u00e5 kort sigt vil kompromittere de forretningsm\u00e6ssige m\u00e5l. Det er derfor en ret simpel cost-benefit-analyse, der viser, at man ikke kan \u00f8rem\u00e6rke ressourcer til b\u00e6redygtighedsagendaen, uden at det g\u00e5r udover forretningen.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>B\u00e6redygtighed er ikke en god forretning &#8211; endnu<\/h3>\n<p>B\u00e6redygtighed er gennem en relativt kort \u00e5rr\u00e6kke blevet t\u00e6t knyttet til &#8211; og er ofte direkte forankret i &#8211; virksomhedens forretningsm\u00e6ssige v\u00e6kstambitioner. S\u00e6rligt n\u00e5r vi snakker 5-10 og 15 \u00e5r ud i fremtiden. Der er ingen tvivl om, at potentialet p\u00e5 l\u00e6ngere sigt er enormt stort, idet alle markedstendenser peger p\u00e5, at det er den retning, det g\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLige nu er der ingen stor gevinst ved at drifte forretningen i en mere b\u00e6redygtig retning. Det skyldes, at den kortsigtede effekt oftest ikke stemmer overens med de kommercielle m\u00e5l\u201d<\/em>, siger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/niels-lorenzen\/\">Niels Lorenzen<\/a>, Director i Compass Human Resources Group.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan ogs\u00e5 anl\u00e6gge en anden strategi, hvor man anser tabt oms\u00e6tning som en investering. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de \u201cindhenter\u201d man det tabte, idet man ikke skal afs\u00e6tte tid og ressourcer til en reel st\u00f8rre omstilling i fremtiden.<\/p>\n<h4>Forretningen f\u00f8rst<\/h4>\n<p>Det v\u00e6sentligste er at s\u00e6tte forretningen f\u00f8rst. Uden v\u00e6kst og tilfredsstillende resultater er det n\u00e6rmest umuligt at g\u00f8re sig konkurrencedygtig p\u00e5 endnu et parameter, s\u00e5som b\u00e6redygtighed. Med det mener vi, at de forretningsm\u00e6ssige kompetencer, kombineret med ledelseserfaring, er prim\u00e6re, n\u00e5r det kommer til rekruttering. Kompetencer og viden inden for b\u00e6redygtighed kan erhverves over tid, hvorimod erfaring i ledelse og forretning er grundl\u00e6ggende for at drifte store organisationer. Det er en meget sv\u00e6r \u00f8velse at finde balancen, fordi det handler om at integrere b\u00e6redygtighed uden at g\u00e5 p\u00e5 kompromis med det kommercielle.<\/p>\n<p>Det g\u00e6lder midlertidigt om at etablere en strategi, hvor det er muligt for virksomheden at frigive ressourcer til at efteruddanne og dygtigg\u00f8re eksisterende medarbejdere p\u00e5 alle niveauer. Det g\u00e6lder is\u00e6r for ledere og beslutningstagere t\u00e6t p\u00e5 forretningen. Det kan vise sig yderst v\u00e6rdifuldt, at ledere erhverver sig kompetencer inden for b\u00e6redygtighedsomr\u00e5det, s\u00e5 det b\u00e5de p\u00e5 kort og lang sigt giver en effekt, der kan m\u00e6rkes p\u00e5 forretningen. Og s\u00e6rligt at onboarde nye medarbejdere, s\u00e5 de fra starten af ans\u00e6ttelsen forst\u00e5r virksomhedens b\u00e6redygtige m\u00e5l og strategi &#8211; og at virksomhedens b\u00e6redygtighedsfokus h\u00e6nger sammen med de kommercielle m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h3>Omstillingen sker nu<\/h3>\n<p>Virksomhederne skal have en klar b\u00e6redygtighedsstrategi for at holde sig relevante for investorerne. Branchen rykker sig hurtigere, end mange kan f\u00f8lge med. For mange virksomheder er det derfor et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om overlevelse.<\/p>\n<p>De st\u00f8rste danske virksomheder skal i forbindelse med \u00e5rsrapporten redeg\u00f8re for virksomhedens arbejde med samfundsansvar &#8211; eller de s\u00e5kaldte ESG\u2019er. Ledelsesansvar kr\u00e6ver i dag stor indsigt og viden om, hvordan man driver b\u00e6redygtig forretning &#8211; is\u00e6r n\u00e5r vi taler om industri- og byggebranchen.
