Den digitale know-how er dermed sat i h\u00f8js\u00e6det. Det skaber en stor eftersp\u00f8rgsel efter nye ressourcer, der kan d\u00e6kke de nye arbejdsgange.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dVi ser, hvordan den stigende automatisering kr\u00e6ver, at vi kortl\u00e6gger nye arbejdsgange og standardiserer m\u00e5den, vi arbejder p\u00e5 \u2013 for herefter at kunne s\u00e6tte str\u00f8m til de automatiseringsopgaver med eksempelvis softwarerobotter, der skal udf\u00f8re arbejdet\u201d<\/em>, lyder det fra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/ib-sorensen\/\">Ib S\u00f8rensen<\/a>, partner i Compass Human Resources Group.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r vi taler om digitalisering, er det hermed ofte forbundet med nye processer og arbejdsgange \u2013 og ofte p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af organisationer og funktionsomr\u00e5der. Den digitale transformation kr\u00e6ver en god dialog mellem forretningen, som har behovet og arbejder med opgaven, og de, som skal udvikle l\u00f8sningen.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dVi oplever virksomheder, som eftersp\u00f8rger en robotudvikler for at automatisere en nuv\u00e6rende manuel proces, men ofte ikke helt kender eller har sat sig ind i den eksisterende arbejdsgang og -proces. Det kr\u00e6ver ofte involvering af medarbejdere, som er i direkte kontakt med processerne for at sikre, at det ikke blot bliver reduceret til et IT-projekt frem for en digitaliseringsproces\u201d<\/em>, underst\u00f8tter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/ib-sorensen\/\">Ib S\u00f8rensen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4>Den digitale udvikling<\/h4>\n<p><em>\u201dOmkring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prebenmejer.dk\/foredrag\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_term=preben%20mejer&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjw79iaBhAJEiwAPYwoCAQhEPrEGfRubF023yrKSX5zjKfjRxIBqFDSZxFCp--BrpNcdoSj6hoC194QAvD_BwE\">40 procent<\/a> af de danske jobs vil forsvinde helt eller blive \u00e6ndret til det n\u00e6sten uigenkendelige. Mange jobs vil forsvinde, men udviklinger betyder ogs\u00e5, at nye jobs kommer til. Helt konkret vil det betyde for os alle, at der kommer nye m\u00e5der at arbejde p\u00e5, og for mange vil det v\u00e6re i et helt nyt job\u201d<\/em>, lyder det fra Preben Mejer, teknologi- og IT-ekspert.<\/p>\n<p>Der er dermed eksperter, som mener, at digitaliseringen er godt i gang \u2013 men inden for den n\u00e6rmeste fremtid f\u00e5r den kunstige intelligens (AI) helt nye anvendelsesomr\u00e5der. Den bliver endnu mere avanceret og vil tage over p\u00e5 flere funktionsomr\u00e5der. \u00c9t af de store fokusomr\u00e5der er at \u00f8ge produktiviteten via digitalisering \u2013 og i mange tilf\u00e6lde via kunstig intelligens. Det danske erhvervsliv er s\u00e5ledes i rivende udvikling, men alligevel er der massiv mangel p\u00e5 ressourcerne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dHele Internet of Things (IOT) er i rivende udvikling. Eller kan der v\u00e6re tale om et udl\u00f8bet datom\u00e6rke p\u00e5 medarbejderes kompetencer og f\u00e6rdigheder? Baseret p\u00e5 en lidt vovet holdning vil en systemoperat\u00f8r af et IT-system ikke bare kunne s\u00e6tte sig og v\u00e6re ekspert i kunstig intelligens uden uddannelse. Vi h\u00f8rer fra flere kunder, som endda h\u00e6vder, at et digitalt mindset kr\u00e6ver \u201dindf\u00f8dte\u201d digitale medarbejdere \u2013 det vil sige medarbejdere, som er f\u00f8dt ind i den digitale tidsalder.<\/p>\n<p>Flere virksomheder tilslutter sig desuden diskursen om, at de er i gang med en digital transformation. Der er igen <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2019\/03\/digital-transformation-is-not-about-technology\">artikler<\/a>, der udtaler, at en digital transformation er meget mere end blot at automatisere og bruge IT-l\u00f8sninger til at effektivisere m\u00e5den, vi arbejder p\u00e5. En digital transformation (eller forandring) handler om at t\u00e6nke nyt og finde nye m\u00e5der at skabe v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5. Der er derfor ogs\u00e5 tale om transformationsledelse og at sikre, at organisationen bliver tilf\u00f8rt de rigtige kompetencer og f\u00e6rdigheder \u2013 og samtidig sikre, at organisationen udvikles. Der er s\u00e5ledes forskel p\u00e5 digitalisering og IT, men begreberne er ul\u00f8seligt forbundne.<\/p>\n<h4>Er IT-ressourcerne ved at n\u00e5 en udl\u00f8bsdato?<\/h4>\n<p>Digitaliseringsagendaen kr\u00e6ver i f\u00f8rste omgang, at virksomheder indser behovet for nye kompetencer og f\u00e6rdigheder, og at de samtidig sikrer, at nuv\u00e6rende profiler udvikles imod de digitale behov.
