Men ogs\u00e5 en indsigt i sektorens forretningsomr\u00e5der og specialer \u2013 samt hvor sektoren bev\u00e6ger sig hen. Det er vigtigt at kunne tilbyde noget unikt og attraktivt for at tiltr\u00e6kke de bedste kandidater, men som headhunter er evnen til at opbygge st\u00e6rke relationer p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af branchen mindst lige s\u00e5 vigtig for at kunne navigere gennem rekrutteringsprocesser fra identifikation- og tiltr\u00e6kningsfasen til endelig ans\u00e6ttelse.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dRekrutteringsudsigterne kan eksempelvis forbedres ved, at der er tydelige karriereveje for medarbejderne, s\u00e5 man som ansat i branchen har muligheder for at videreudvikle sig og avancere i karrieren. Det er derfor vigtigt at kunne identificere talenter p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af forskellige grene af sektoren, p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af landegr\u00e6nser, men ogs\u00e5 i nogle tilf\u00e6lde i helt andre brancher.
