Nu er det arbejdstagerne, der sidder ved roret \u2013 is\u00e6r de h\u00f8jtuddannede. For at trives i dette moderne rekrutteringslandskab, er det afg\u00f8rende for enhver organisation at omfavne denne virkelighed og finjustere deres tilgang til rekruttering herefter. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Samtidig har pandemien fungeret som en katalysator for forandringer. Mange har skiftet arbejdsplads i k\u00f8lvandet p\u00e5 pandemien, drevet af en \u00e6ndret tilknytning til arbejdspladsen, idet hjemmekontoret i en periode blev normen. Dette skift har ikke kun involveret en overgang i arbejdsmilj\u00f8et, men ogs\u00e5 en \u00e6ndring i m\u00e5den, folk opretholder relationer og f\u00e6llesskaber p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Den fysiske adskillelse fra kollegaerne har p\u00e5virket dynamikken, hvor dagligdagen ikke l\u00e6ngere deles lige s\u00e5 intensivt p\u00e5 kontoret. Selvom hjemmearbejde nu er blevet en forventet norm i mange roller, er der stadig nogle organisationer, der t\u00f8ver med at g\u00f8re det til en fast del af deres praksis. Dette, ud fra vores erfaring, mindsker betydeligt virksomhedernes evne til at tiltr\u00e6kke kandidater og deres generelle attraktionsv\u00e6rdi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>If\u00f8lge vores egne unders\u00f8gelser foretr\u00e6kker 7 ud af 10 kandidater at have 2 eller flere hjemmearbejdsdage om ugen. Kandidater prioriterer i stigende grad arbejdslivets fleksibilitet som en n\u00f8glefaktor i vurderingen af en arbejdsplads\u2019 attraktivitet. If\u00f8lge Pernille Hemmingsen er muligheden for hjemmearbejde nu blevet en grundl\u00e6ggende forventning og ikke l\u00e6ngere bare et attraktivt salgsargument.
