Virksomheder st\u00e5r over for et paradigmeskifte, hvor evnen til hurtigt at identificere og reagere p\u00e5 potentielle kandidater bliver afg\u00f8rende for at sikre de bedste talenter. Et paradigmeskifte, som vi uddyber i de to tidligere artikler i denne serie. Denne tilgang kr\u00e6ver en v\u00e6sentlig \u00e6ndring i, hvordan virksomhederne positionerer sig i kampen om talent. Dette perspektiv skaber en dybere forbindelse og viser en investering i kandidatens fremtidige v\u00e6kst og udvikling.<\/p>\n<p>For de kandidater, der opfylder 70-80% af stillingens krav, er en omhyggeligt tilrettelagt onboarding-proces n\u00f8glen til succes. Det medf\u00f8rer dog en r\u00e6kke overvejelser ved international rekruttering, s\u00e5som om kandidaten skal flytte eller forblive i sin nuv\u00e6rende lokation. Hvis en flytning er aktuel, skal der tages stilling til, om kandidaten skal ans\u00e6ttes p\u00e5 en lokal kontrakt eller tilbydes s\u00e6rlige expatfordele. Yderligere, hvis kandidaten forbliver, hvor vedkmmende er, men virksomheden ikke er til stede i det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende land, hvordan p\u00e5virker det s\u00e5 de lokale arbejdsmarkedsregler? Disse komplekse sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l n\u00f8dvendigg\u00f8r en n\u00f8je overvejet strategi for international rekruttering.<\/p>\n<p>Historisk har t\u00f8ven overfor fjernarbejde og mangel p\u00e5 forberedelse begr\u00e6nset virksomheders muligheder for at rekruttere globalt.
