Defin\u00e9r opgaven: Hvad \u00f8nsker du at opn\u00e5?<\/h2>\n<p>En af de st\u00f8rste faldgruber i ESG-rekruttering er manglen p\u00e5 en tydelig m\u00e5ls\u00e6tning. For at finde den rette kandidat skal virksomhederne f\u00f8rst identificere, hvilken opgave der skal l\u00f8ses. Er det en omstrukturering af virksomheden for at g\u00f8re den mere b\u00e6redygtig? Skal der laves rapportering, der opfylder specifikke krav? Eller handler det om at udvikle en langsigtet ESG-strategi?<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dFordi omr\u00e5det er s\u00e5 nyt, findes der mange forskellige l\u00f8sninger derude. Det g\u00f8r det ekstra vigtigt at have fokus p\u00e5, hvad det er for en opgave, du skal have l\u00f8st,\u201d<\/em> forklarer Patrick.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at afklare m\u00e5let fra starten kan virksomheder bedre matche kandidatens profil med de specifikke krav og sikre en bedre tilpasning til organisationens behov.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>2. Plac\u00e9r rollen strategisk i organisationen<\/h2>\n<p>En anden vigtig faktor er at overveje, hvor ESG-rollen skal forankres i organisationen. Skal kandidaten arbejde t\u00e6t med ledelsen for at sikre strategisk beslutningstagning? Eller skal rollen placeres i en specifik afdeling, som eksempelvis finans eller HR, hvorfra den kan p\u00e5virke operationelle processer?<\/p>\n<p>Placeringen har stor betydning for, hvilket mandat kandidaten f\u00e5r. En veldefineret placering og klare ansvarsomr\u00e5der sikrer, at rollen kan skabe reel forandring i virksomheden. Som Patrick p\u00e5peger: <em>\u201dHvor henne vil du placere det i din organisation, og hvilket mandat skal vedkommende have? De ting er afg\u00f8rende for, hvilken profil der passer til opgaven.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3. V\u00e6r fleksibel med kompetencer<\/h2>\n<p>ESG er et relativt nyt felt, og der er f\u00e5 kandidater med 10-15 \u00e5rs direkte erfaring inden for omr\u00e5det. Derfor kr\u00e6ves der ofte fleksibilitet og kreativitet, n\u00e5r man rekrutterer. Det kan indeb\u00e6re at identificere kandidater med delvist relevante kompetencer og hj\u00e6lpe dem med at tilpasse deres erfaring til opgaven. Alternativt kan man s\u00e6tte teams sammen, hvor forskellige styrker kombineres for at l\u00f8se komplekse ESG-udfordringer.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dMange gange skal kompetencer konverteres eller kombineres, s\u00e5 kandidaterne i f\u00e6llesskab kan l\u00f8se opgaven. Det handler om at v\u00e6re realistisk og \u00e5ben for nye l\u00f8sninger,\u201d<\/em> siger Patrick.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Opsummering: Klart fokus, strategisk placering og fleksibilitet<\/h2>\n<p>Succesfuld ESG-rekruttering starter med, at virksomheder skaber klarhed over deres m\u00e5l, placerer rollen strategisk og \u00e5bner for fleksibilitet i forhold til kompetencer. Uden disse grundl\u00e6ggende trin risikerer man at st\u00e5 med en mismatch mellem kandidat og opgave.<\/p>\n<p>ESG er ikke blot en tjekliste, men en essentiel del af fremtidens virksomhedsledelse.
