Som Patrick Lyon Veirum, konsulent hos Compass med speciale i ESG og b\u00e6redygtighed, bem\u00e6rker: <em>\u201dDer er ikke konsensus om, hvilken profil der passer til hvilke opgaver.\u201d<\/em> Dette skaber b\u00e5de udfordringer og muligheder for virksomheder, der vil integrere ESG i deres organisation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1. Forskellige behov, forskellige profiler<\/h2>\n<p>Organisationer har vidt forskellige opfattelser af, hvad de har brug for i deres ESG-strategi. For nogle handler det om at sikre compliance med lovgivning og rapporteringskrav, mens det for andre handler om at skabe en b\u00e6redygtig transformation, der gennemsyrer hele organisationen. Denne mangfoldighed i behov betyder, at der ikke findes en standardl\u00f8sning, n\u00e5r det kommer til ESG-rekruttering.<\/p>\n<p>Patrick forklarer: <em>\u201dDet har stor indvirkning p\u00e5, hvad det er for en kandidat, du skal bruge, og hvem det er, der har kompetencerne, der enten er konverterbare eller i lige linje med det behov, virksomheden har.\u201d<\/em> For at finde den rette kandidat er det derfor vigtigt at forst\u00e5, hvor ESG skal forankres i organisationen, og hvad man \u00f8nsker at opn\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>2. Mangfoldighed af l\u00f8sninger<\/h2>\n<p>ESG-udfordringerne er mange, og l\u00f8sningerne kan v\u00e6re lige s\u00e5 varierede. For nogle virksomheder kan en ESG-rolle placeres som en del af ledelsen for at sikre strategisk indflydelse. For andre kan det handle om at have eksperter i specifikke funktioner, som eksempelvis supply chain eller finans. Det vigtigste er at tage en \u00e5ben og fleksibel tilgang.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dVi ser med vores ber\u00f8ringsflade, at der findes mange l\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 de samme problemer, men det kr\u00e6ver en saglig og faglig diskussion om, hvad man gerne vil opn\u00e5, og hvordan man kommer derhen,\u201d<\/em> siger Patrick. Denne tilgang sikrer, at virksomheden kan v\u00e6lge en l\u00f8sning, der passer bedst til deres specifikke situation.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>3. F\u00e6lles indsats og faglig diskussion<\/h2>\n<p>For at ESG-rekruttering kan lykkes, er det vigtigt, at virksomheder skaber rum for faglige diskussioner og samarbejde internt s\u00e5vel som med eksterne interessenter. Ved at involvere flere perspektiver kan man sikre, at ESG-strategien bliver b\u00e5de ambiti\u00f8s og realistisk.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dDet handler om at tage en saglig diskussion om, hvad vi gerne vil med ESG, og hvordan vi bedst muligt f\u00e5r integreret det i organisationen. Kun gennem samarbejde kan vi n\u00e5 frem til effektive l\u00f8sninger,\u201d<\/em> p\u00e5peger Patrick.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Opsummering: Fleksibilitet og dialog er n\u00f8glen<\/h2>\n<p>I en tid, hvor ESG er mere relevant end nogensinde, er det afg\u00f8rende at erkende, at der ikke findes en \u00e9n-st\u00f8rrelse-passer-alle-l\u00f8sning. Virksomheder skal v\u00e6re villige til at tage en fleksibel tilgang og prioritere dialog for at finde den rette kandidatprofil.
