Lad os se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5 tre centrale aspekter: forebyggelse, opf\u00f8lgning og l\u00e6ring fra det offentlige.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Forebyggelse: Skab en engagerende proces<\/h2>\n<p>En af de mest effektive m\u00e5der at mindske risikoen for, at kandidater tr\u00e6kker sig, er at skabe en proces, der er engagerende og gennemsigtig fra start til slut. Det handler om at sikre, at kandidater f\u00f8ler sig set, h\u00f8rt og v\u00e6rdsat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maria understreger vigtigheden af en \u00e5ben og tydelig dialog: <em>\u201cJeg holder altid en l\u00f8bende dialog med kandidaterne og s\u00f8rger for, at de ved, hvor vi er i processen.
