Alle EU-lande skal implementere reglerne i national lovgivning senest 7. juni 2026.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"947\">For danske virksomheder betyder direktivet blandt andet nye krav til l\u00f8nrapportering, dokumentation af l\u00f8nstrukturer og st\u00f8rre transparens i rekrutteringsprocesser.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1147\">Selvom den endelige danske implementering stadig er under afklaring, er det allerede nu tydeligt, at direktivet vil p\u00e5virke b\u00e5de HR-processer, l\u00f8npolitik og employer branding i mange organisationer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1147\">[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_accordion _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_accordion_item title=&#8221;Kort fortalt: l\u00f8ntransparensdirektivet&#8221; open=&#8221;on&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; body_font=&#8221;|300|||||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; toggle_level=&#8221;h2&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1305\">EU\u2019s l\u00f8ntransparensdirektiv introducerer en r\u00e6kke f\u00e6lles minimumsregler for l\u00f8n\u00e5benhed i medlemslandene.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1341\">Direktivet indeb\u00e6rer blandt andet:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1585\">\n<li data-section-id=\"w0k9pf\" data-start=\"1343\" data-end=\"1394\">\n<p data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1394\">\u00f8get transparens omkring l\u00f8n i rekruttering<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"149digz\" data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1446\">\n<p data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1446\">medarbejderes ret til indsigt i l\u00f8nniveauer<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ycufey\" data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1502\">\n<p data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1502\">krav om rapportering af l\u00f8nforskelle mellem k\u00f8n<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"cmwmes\" data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1548\">\n<p data-start=\"1505\" data-end=\"1548\">dokumentation for, hvordan l\u00f8n fasts\u00e6ttes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1pepo4h\" data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1585\">\n<p data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1585\">omvendt bevisbyrde i ligel\u00f8nssager<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1707\">M\u00e5let er at g\u00f8re det lettere at identificere og reducere l\u00f8nforskelle mellem m\u00e6nd og kvinder for arbejde af samme v\u00e6rdi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1707\">\n<p data-start=\"1587\" data-end=\"1707\">L\u00e6s mere <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/diversitet-i-rekruttering\/loentransparens-direktiv\/\">EU&#8217;s l\u00f8nstransparensdirektiv her<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][\/et_pb_accordion][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font=&#8221;|300|||||||&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1754\">Hvad er l\u00f8ntransparensdirektivet?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1904\">L\u00f8ntransparensdirektivet fasts\u00e6tter f\u00e6lles EU-regler, der skal skabe st\u00f8rre gennemsigtighed omkring l\u00f8n i b\u00e5de private og offentlige organisationer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"2094\">Direktivet bygger p\u00e5 princippet om lige l\u00f8n for lige arbejde eller arbejde af samme v\u00e6rdi og skal g\u00f8re det lettere for medarbejdere at identificere og udfordre eventuelle l\u00f8nforskelle.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2299\">For arbejdsgivere betyder det blandt andet, at l\u00f8nstrukturer skal v\u00e6re baseret p\u00e5 objektive og k\u00f8nsneutrale kriterier, og at virksomheder i h\u00f8jere grad skal kunne dokumentere, hvordan l\u00f8n fasts\u00e6ttes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2299\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2313\" data-end=\"2361\">Hvilke krav stiller direktivet til virksomheder?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2363\" data-end=\"2423\">Direktivet indeholder flere konkrete krav til arbejdsgivere.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2299\">\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2299\">[\/et_pb_text][dsm_icon_list icon_color=&#8221;#1EAEE2&#8243; icon_gap_width=&#8221;1.5em&#8221; icon_font_size=&#8221;20px&#8221; list_vertical_alignment=&#8221;flex-start&#8221; list_space_between=&#8221;10px&#8221; list_padding=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.6&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_font=&#8221;|300|||||||&#8221; custom_padding=&#8221;||||false|false&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; locked=&#8221;off&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;][dsm_icon_list_child text=&#8221;Ret til l\u00f8noplysninger:  Medarbejdere f\u00e5r ret til at modtage oplysninger om deres individuelle l\u00f8nniveau samt gennemsnitlige l\u00f8nniveauer opdelt efter k\u00f8n for medarbejdere, der udf\u00f8rer samme eller tilsvarende arbejde. Rapporteringskravene afh\u00e6nger af virksomhedens st\u00f8rrelse:  250+ ansatte: rapportering hvert \u00e5r  100\u2013249 ansatte: rapportering hvert tredje \u00e5r.
