Det er den samme opskrift \u2013 men resultatet varierer enormt.<\/p>\n<p>Forskellen ligger ikke i processen. Den ligger i menneskene bag den. Og er de villige til at sige fra hvis de ikke mener de er det rigtige match til netop denne opgave?<\/p>\n<p>Det er de sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l der reelt afg\u00f8r kvaliteten af en lederans\u00e6ttelse.<\/p>\n<h2>5 sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l du b\u00f8r stille en potentiel rekrutteringspartner<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1. Hvilken brancheerfaring har de konsulenter der skal arbejde med min opgave?<\/strong><br \/>\nDet er ikke nok at rekrutteringsvirksomheden generelt har erfaring inden for din branche. Sp\u00f8rg specifikt hvilken konsulent der f\u00e5r ansvaret \u2013 og hvad vedkommendes baggrund er. En konsulent der selv har arbejdet i industrien forst\u00e5r hvad der adskiller en st\u00e6rk kandidat fra en god, og hvad der reelt kr\u00e6ves for at lykkes i rollen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Hvordan finder I kandidater der ikke s\u00f8ger aktivt?<\/strong><br \/>\nDe bedste kandidater til lederstillinger er sj\u00e6ldent p\u00e5 jobmarkedet. En st\u00e6rk partner har en konkret metodik for at identificere og kontakte passive kandidater \u2013 ikke bare et LinkedIn-opslag og et netv\u00e6rk. Hvor mange opgaver arbejder I p\u00e5 sidel\u00f8bende?<\/strong><br \/>\nDet er et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l f\u00e5 stiller \u2013 men det er afg\u00f8rende. En konsulent der jonglerer 15-20 aktive opgaver vil aldrig kunne give din s\u00f8gning den opm\u00e6rksomhed den kr\u00e6ver. En dedikeret partner med et realistisk antal opgaver giver et bedre resultat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Kan I give referencer fra lignende opgaver?<\/strong><br \/>\nIkke generelle referencer \u2013 men referencer fra virksomheder der ligner din i st\u00f8rrelse, branche og stillingsniveau. En partner der er st\u00e6rk p\u00e5 C-suite i Life Science er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis det rigtige valg til en CFO-s\u00f8gning i industrisektoren.<\/p>\n<h2>Hvad adskiller en rekrutteringspartner fra et rekrutteringsbureau?<\/h2>\n<p>Ordet bureau signalerer en transaktionel relation: du beskriver behovet, de leverer kandidater, du betaler honoraret. En partner tager et medejerskab af opgaven. Det betyder at de stiller de ubehagelige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l \u2013 er kravprofilen realistisk? Er l\u00f8nrammen konkurrencedygtig? Er der organisatoriske forhold der kan afskr\u00e6kke de st\u00e6rkeste kandidater? \u2013 og at de er \u00e6rlige selvom svaret ikke er det du vil h\u00f8re.<\/p>\n<p>Den distinktion har praktisk betydning for resultatet. En partner der kun fort\u00e6ller dig hvad du vil h\u00f8re, finder kandidater der passer til din forestilling om stillingen. Til meget specialiserede roller inden for en smal branche er dyb specialisering typisk vigtigere end bredde. Til en generalist-lederrolle p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af funktioner kan bredere erfaring v\u00e6re en fordel.<\/p>\n<p>Det vigtigste er at rekrutteringspartneren er \u00e6rlig om sine styrker og begr\u00e6nsninger.
