De skal ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re mennesker, og de skal forst\u00e5 kompleksiteten omkring beslutningsprocessen i det indk\u00f8bsmilj\u00f8, som pharma og medtech bev\u00e6ger sig i, mener Klaus Abel.<\/h5>\n<p>Jobbet som s\u00e6lger omfatter mange forskellige opgaver, som skal l\u00f8ses sidel\u00f8bende. Det kr\u00e6ver b\u00e5de struktur, overblik, timing og en st\u00e6rk eksekveringsevne. Denne l\u00f8sning er dog langtfra altid den bedste. Der er ingen garanti for, at en udefrakommende specialist vil passe ind i virksomhedens kultur, og der vil under alle omst\u00e6ndigheder g\u00e5 et stykke tid, f\u00f8r vedkommende er blevet fortrolig med kulturen.<\/p>\n<p>I stedet foretr\u00e6kker Klaus Abel s\u00e5 vidt muligt at opkvalificere personer, der allerede er i virksomheden, og som har tilpasset sig dens kultur. Denne opkvalificering koster ganske vist ressourcer, men det opvejes af v\u00e6rdien af deres relationer og historik.<\/p>\n<p>Klaus Abel understreger samtidig, at man b\u00f8r str\u00e6be efter en god diversitet i sit salgsteam, blandt andet fordi de forskellige salgsfaser stiller forskellige krav til s\u00e6lgernes kompetencer.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">I starten af lanceringen af et nyt produkt er relationsdelen enormt vigtig. Hvis du har opbygget en relation og en trov\u00e6rdighed gennem lang tids interageren med en kunde, vil vedkommende v\u00e6re mere tilb\u00f8jelig til at pr\u00f8ve dit produkt, end hvis du blot kan pr\u00e6sentere de tekniske meritter for produktet, lyder det fra Klaus Abel.<\/h5>\n<p>Senere i forl\u00f8bet kan for eksempel s\u00e6lgerens evne til at h\u00e5ndtere det komplekse i en st\u00f8rre volumen vise sig at f\u00e5 st\u00f8rre betydning for salget end relationsdelen.<\/p>\n<p>I en ans\u00e6ttelsessituation b\u00f8r man if\u00f8lge Klaus Abel holde sig for \u00f8je, hvilken type profil virksomheden har brug for. Den type salg ligger t\u00e6ttere op ad medtech end salget i den traditionelle pharma-salgsorganisation, fort\u00e6ller Klaus Abel.<\/h5>\n<p>Medtech-s\u00e6lgere er vant til at h\u00e5ndtere hospitalernes komplekse beslutningsprocesser, som involverer mange forskellige kunder og indirekte kunder. Klaus Abel peger p\u00e5, at pharma er blevet mere kompleks og teknisk i sin salgsmodel, mens medtech har bev\u00e6get sig den modsatte vej.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\">Der bliver st\u00f8rre transparens omkring hele salgs- og indk\u00f8bsprocessen i medtech, som dermed gennemg\u00e5r det samme, som pharma gjorde for 15-20 \u00e5r siden. P\u00e5 det omr\u00e5de er pharma alts\u00e5 l\u00e6ngere fremme end medtech, mens medtech er kommet l\u00e6ngst i forhold til nogle af key account-processerne, mener Klaus Abel.<\/h5>\n<p>Inden for b\u00e5de pharma og medtech har sundheds\u00f8konomi f\u00e5et en central plads, og s\u00e6lgere i begge brancher m\u00e5 have en vis forst\u00e5else og indsigt i dette omr\u00e5de for at kunne beg\u00e5 sig. Der er dog en v\u00e6sentlig forskel mellem, hvordan s\u00e6lgerne i de to brancher skal kunne bruge deres sundheds\u00f8konomiske kompetencer.<\/p>\n<p>Inden for medtech er de sundheds\u00f8konomiske data ofte relativt overskuelige, og s\u00e6lgeren vil typisk selv f\u00e5 til opgave at lave de n\u00f8dvendige sundheds\u00f8konomiske beregninger.<\/p>\n<p>Inden for pharma, derimod, er beregningerne ofte meget komplicerede og varetages derfor af specialister p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det, mens s\u00e6lgeren blot beh\u00f8ver at forst\u00e5 koncepterne og v\u00e6re i stand til at videreformidle essensen af specialisternes beregninger til kunden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De seneste \u00e5r har arbejdsmarkedet \u00e6ndret sig markant for b\u00e5de arbejdsgivere og arbejdstagere.
