I praksis er alle vores konsulenter enige om, at kandidaterne er mere interesserede i at arbejde p\u00e5 afstand &#8211; i det mindste noget af tiden. Mange kandidater er simpelthen p\u00e5 udkig efter en bedre balance mellem arbejdsliv og privatliv og synes, at det bidrager til dette, at de sparer tid p\u00e5 at pendle. <br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;Kandidaterne forventer at arbejde p\u00e5 afstand eller i hybride omgivelser. Det er en selvf\u00f8lge. Jeg vil sige, at de fleste kunder er \u00e5bne over for det og har fundet gode l\u00f8sninger&#8221;<\/em>, siger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/jens-nordqvist\/\">Jens Nordqvist<\/a>, Head of Research i Compass Sverige.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kandidaterne s\u00f8ger nu job, der passer til deres livsstil og v\u00e6rdier. For eksempel siger 37% af vores konsulenter, at kandidaterne i den post-pandemiske \u00e6ra er mere interesserede i virksomhedens milj\u00f8m\u00e6ssige v\u00e6rdier end tidligere.<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da eftersp\u00f8rgslen efter erfarne og dygtige fagfolk er stor, har de mulighed for at v\u00e6lge, hvor de vil arbejde. Rekrutteringsvirksomheder b\u00f8r betragte sig selv som v\u00e6rende i en h\u00e5rd konkurrence om talenterne og b\u00f8r fors\u00f8ge at g\u00f8re en indsats for at blive et lukrativt sted at arbejde. For nogle kan det betyde, at de skal se p\u00e5 virksomhedens v\u00e6rdier og p\u00e5, hvordan de bliver realiseret &#8211; eller ikke realiseret &#8211; hver dag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.18.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; theme_builder_area=&#8221;post_content&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4>Virksomhederne forst\u00e5r m\u00e5ske ikke helt de nye krav<\/h4>\n<p><em>&#8220;Manglen p\u00e5 kandidater forts\u00e6tter stadig. Fjernarbejde har f\u00f8rt til mindre medarbejderengagement, og dermed er rekrutteringsmarkedet ogs\u00e5 mere aktivt. Jeg vil sige, at selv om vi har en mangel p\u00e5 kandidater, skyldes det ikke Covid selv, men det overophedede marked&#8221;<\/em>, siger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/goran-hernberg\/\">G\u00f6ran Hernberg<\/a>, administrerende direkt\u00f8r for Compass Finland.<\/p>\n<p>Selv om konkurrencen om fagfolk er stor, kan det v\u00e6re, at mange virksomheder har sv\u00e6rt ved at se, at rollerne er vendt: nu skal rekrutteringsvirksomheden s\u00e6lge sig selv til kandidaten og ikke omvendt.<\/p>\n<p>58% af vores konsulenter mener, at virksomhederne m\u00e5ske ikke helt har forst\u00e5et \u00e6ndringen i kandidaternes forventninger. De fleste virksomheder tackler de \u00e6ndrede forventninger ved at tilbyde mulighed for fjernarbejde i det mindste en del af ugen, og nogle virksomheder tilbyder en bedre l\u00f8n. Men virksomhedskulturen bliver ogs\u00e5 genopfundet p\u00e5 andre m\u00e5der:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Jeg ser et st\u00f8rre fremst\u00f8d for mangfoldighed og integration&#8221;,<\/em> siger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/karsten-hald-pedersen\/\">Karsten Hald Pedersen<\/a>, direkt\u00f8r i International Business Compass United Kingdom.<\/p>\n<h4>Rekrutteringsprocessen har \u00e6ndret sig<\/h4>\n<p>If\u00f8lge vores konsulenter har rekrutteringsprocessen \u00e6ndret sig for alvor. De indledende samtaler foreg\u00e5r n\u00e6sten udelukkende online, mens de endelige kandidater stadig for det meste m\u00f8des personligt.<\/p>\n<p>En tredjedel af vores konsulenter fort\u00e6ller os, at virksomhederne opstiller mere ambiti\u00f8se v\u00e6kstm\u00e5l end tidligere. Det betyder flere rekrutteringer. 54 % af vores konsulenter siger, at de har oplevet en \u00f8get travlhed i forbindelse med ans\u00e6ttelse af erfarne fagfolk.<\/p>\n<p>Men hurtigt er ikke altid bedre. Ved hj\u00e6lp af Microsoft Teams, Zoom og s\u00e5 videre kan selv rekruttering til n\u00f8glefunktioner nu ske p\u00e5 f\u00e5 uger. Men det er m\u00e5ske ikke en god id\u00e9 at skynde sig: en forhastet rekrutteringsproces kan resultere i en mindre optimal stick rate, hvilket betyder, at kandidaten m\u00e5ske ikke bliver i virksomheden p\u00e5 lang sigt. Nogle gange mister virksomheder imidlertid gode kandidater, fordi de tager sig god tid til at tr\u00e6ffe beslutningen:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Rekrutteringsmarkedet er travlt, og de, der \u00f8nsker at skifte job, har masser at v\u00e6lge imellem.
