Men hvilken betydning har l\u00e6ngderne p\u00e5 de ans\u00e6ttelser, der st\u00e5r p\u00e5 et CV? Vi har spurgt vores recruitere, hvordan de umiddelbart tolker det, n\u00e5r et CV indeb\u00e6rer mange jobskifter og korte ans\u00e6ttelser.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>For mange jobskifter kan signalere ustabilitet og manglende vedholdenhed<\/h4>\n<p>N\u00e5r en recruiter ser et CV, hvor der har v\u00e6ret rigtig mange korte ans\u00e6ttelser, er det f\u00f8rst og fremmest et opm\u00e6rksomhedspunkt, som han eller hun gerne vil h\u00f8re mere om.<br \/>Hos mange rekrutteringsfolk v\u00e6kker det bekymring, n\u00e5r CV\u2019et best\u00e5r af en r\u00e6kke korte ans\u00e6ttelsesforhold.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dSom udgangspunkt er det ikke et godt tegn, da det indikerer, at der over flere gange har v\u00e6ret problemer eller et mismatch mellem kandidaten og organisation. Men jo hyppigere det er, jo mere vil man tro, at det alts\u00e5 er kandidaten, der er problemet\u201d, siger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/patrick-veirum\/\">Patrick Lyon Veirum, der er Consultant<\/a> hos Compass Human Resources Group.<\/p>\n<p>Dertil udtaler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/patrick-veirum\/\">Patrick Lyon Veirum<\/a>: \u201dMange korte ans\u00e6ttelser giver anledning til at unders\u00f8ge bev\u00e6ggrundene for skiftene. Der er over tid opst\u00e5et en st\u00f8rre normalitet i forhold til at skifte job flere gange i l\u00f8bet af sin karriere. Definitionen af en kort ans\u00e6ttelse har derfor ogs\u00e5 flyttet sig. Dog vil mange ans\u00e6ttelser p\u00e5 omkring 1-2 \u00e5rs varighed betyde, at en kommende arbejdsgiver vil bekymre sig for, hvor l\u00e6nge vedkommende bliver h\u00e6ngende, f\u00f8r de er videre til det n\u00e6ste, samt hvilke udfordringer der kan og har v\u00e6ret forbundet med at have vedkommende ansat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; text_line_height=&#8221;1.8em&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4>Hav en god forklaring p\u00e5 dine korte ans\u00e6ttelser<\/h4>\n<p>Uanset hvor mange korte ans\u00e6ttelser du har haft, er det vigtigt for mange af Compass\u2019 recruitere at se p\u00e5, hvorfor ans\u00e6ttelserne har v\u00e6ret korte. Er det pga. konkurser, omstrukturering eller masseafskedigelser? Eller skyldes det, at du har sv\u00e6rt ved at finde ro det samme sted i l\u00e6ngere tid?<\/p>\n<p>\u201dHvis der ikke findes gode forklaringer, og der ikke ligger et l\u00e6ngere ans\u00e6ttelsesforhold tidligere, s\u00e5 ringer alarmklokken\u201d, n\u00e6vner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/?page_id=49249\">Ida Heuser, der er Research Consultant hos Compass Human Resources Group.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.17.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Hvorn\u00e5r er korte ans\u00e6ttelser positivt?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En god forklaring p\u00e5 nogle korte ans\u00e6ttelser kan v\u00e6re karrierem\u00e6ssig \u2013 is\u00e6r, hvis du er nyuddannet. Er du nyuddannet og i starten af din karriere, kan et par udviklende jobskifter endda blive set p\u00e5 med positive \u00f8jne.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dI den f\u00f8rste del af ens karriere efter endt uddannelse kan et par kortere ans\u00e6ttelser p\u00e5 2-3 \u00e5r sagtens indikere, at man er en ambiti\u00f8s person, der vil dygtigg\u00f8re sig og udvide sine kompetencer. Is\u00e6r, hvis man kan se en udvikling i stillingerne, man har haft\u201d, fort\u00e6ller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/pernille-hemmingsen\/\">Research Manager Pernille Hemmingsen<\/a>, der bliver fulgt op af <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/thorsten-andersen\/\">Senior Consultant Thorsten Andersen<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dJo yngre kandidat desto st\u00f8rre accept af mange skifter. Kandidaten m\u00e5 godt <em>falde til ro<\/em> i takt med alder\/erfaring\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Men hvad s\u00e5 med de meget lange ans\u00e6ttelser? Hvordan ser rekrutteringsfolkene p\u00e5 dem?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.22.2&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>F\u00e5 jobskifter kan vidne om stabilitet og vedholdenhed<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dykker man ned i CV\u2019er med meget f\u00e5 eller n\u00e6rmest kun en enkelt arbejdsplads, kan det v\u00e6re et tegn p\u00e5 stabilitet og trofasthed, men det er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis kun godt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dLange ans\u00e6ttelser og f\u00e5 jobskifter er ikke per definition godt for karrieren, men i l\u00e6ngere ans\u00e6ttelser har man mulighed for at se flere sider af virksomheden \u2013 b\u00e5de n\u00e5r det g\u00e5r godt, og n\u00e5r det g\u00e5r skidt. Denne erfaring kan bruges i flere organisationer i forhold til, hvad der har virket s\u00e6rligt godt i hvilke situationer\u201d, n\u00e6vner <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/patrick-veirum\/\">Patrick Lyon Veirum <\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Omvendt kan det ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re et tegn p\u00e5 manglende omstillingsparathed, og at man er groet fast i sin stilling, hvis man har v\u00e6ret i det samme job i for mange \u00e5r:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dFor f\u00e5 jobskifter og lange ans\u00e6ttelser kan f\u00e5 en recruiter til at stille sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5lstegn ved, om man har at g\u00f8re med en mindre dynamisk og forandringsparat person. Det er generelt godt for karrieren, at man ikke bliver h\u00e6ngende for l\u00e6nge i den samme virksomhed, eller hvis man g\u00f8r, at man skifter internt, s\u00e5 man udvikler sig selv og sine kompetencer\u201d, p\u00e5peger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/da\/pernille-hemmingsen\/\">Pernille Hemmingsen.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Det stigende antal af korte ans\u00e6ttelser er en del af en generel tendens<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.berlingske.dk\/oekonomi\/jobmarkedet-koger-en-million-danskere-har-faaet-nyt-job-det-seneste-aar\">Flere og flere danskere skifter job<\/a>. Og det er derfor heller ikke overraskende, at flere og flere har haft kortvarige ans\u00e6ttelser. Det bliver derfor mere almindeligt, at kandidaterne har haft flere jobskifte og korte ans\u00e6ttelsesforhold. Men det stiller ogs\u00e5 krav til virksomhederne.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dVi bev\u00e6ger os ind i en tid, hvor mange jobskifter bliver normen, fordi man vurderer at dette opbygger erfaring. At man f\u00e5r mange nuancer med fra forskellige virksomheder. Jeg tror modsat, at mange organisationer fremadrettet vil v\u00e6re n\u00f8dt til at lave nogle vigtige fastholdelsesstrategier for at sikre den bedste arbejdskraft i en l\u00e6ngere periode. Det er dyrt at ans\u00e6tte nye medarbejdere hele tiden\u201d, siger <a href=\"https:\/\/www.compasshrg.com\/patrick-veirum\/\">Patrick Lyon Veirum.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>For mange er det ikke l\u00e6ngere n\u00e6r s\u00e5 vigtigt at blive i samme job i mange \u00e5r. Og i fremtiden kommer vi kun til at se mere til den udvikling:<\/p>\n<p>\u201dJeg tror, at vi begynder at blive mere \u00e5bne overfor flere jobskifte, ogs\u00e5 fordi den unge generation i dag springer mere fra det ene til det andet.
