Danish growth company
A Danish based company with offices in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Germany are looking for a Sales Manager for the German market with direct reference to the CEO of the company. The company specialises in courses and networks for lawyers, accountants and other specialised peers that continuously need to keep their knowledge up to date. The company is a growth company with a 50 % growth per year for the last 3 years and they intend to continue this trend and Germany will be a significant contributor for this growth.
National responsibility – increase business
The position is an exciting opportunity to get full responsibility for the sales force in Germany in a Danish company. You are expected to execute on the strategy by using your skills within leadership and sales to reach the ambitious targets. You will have the responsibility to add resources as required to reach the target and ensure all the team members are top performers and motivated to push sales. You will analyse the sales performance and use the data available to plan the needed actions accordingly.
Experience within a high pace business
We expect that you have solid experience within leadership and sales, where you have a track record of increasing sales significantly. You could potentially have a background from sales management in call centres within the telecom, bank, insurance or other equivalent business and it is important that you have experience on how to drive sales in a high pace environment where numbers matter. You thrive with a performance culture and want to take your career to the next level in a business that has very high potential, since the company has a unique offering and high customer satisfaction.
