CIP is continuing its growth journey, and we are looking to recruit a professional, structured, and service minded Office Manager for our office in Holland. As Office Manager you will be the focal point of the Office, holding a key position. Your main responsibility will be to help organize and coordinate office administration and procedures on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth workflows and support the growing onsite team.

Our current location in Utrecht – right next to Utrecht Central Station – will be replaced by a new location in Amsterdam Zuid within the next 12 months (maximum).

Further responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Office/HR administrative duties.
  • Administrative support of the two Fund teams, potentially including PowerPoint presentations.
  • Booking of travels and assistance on expenses.
  • Organize office events.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new hires.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 5 or more years of relevant work experience from a position as Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar positions. It is expected that the candidate is fluent in English, has a solid knowledge of MS Office and meets the following criteria:

  • Ability to drive administrative processes and projects proactively and independently
  • Structured, thorough and with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Thorough with a high attention to detail
  • Experience with facility management is an advantage
  • Resilient, service minded and positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

If you hold a BSc in business administration or language it will be beneficial, but not a requirement.
