In this newly established coordinator position you will play a vital part in the fast growth of Glenmark’s establishment within the Nordic. You will out of the Nordic Head Office be the local anchor point supporting commercial and logistical operations and projects on top of general office admin and act as a bridge to different departments and functions in Glenmark’s European organization.
Different daily tasks in a very central role
In this role you will tie several important and critical tasks together when you support ongoing business administration and coordinate launch projects and logistics. You will participate in central meetings and coordinate identified action points with both internal and external stakeholders regionally and internationally.
- Forecasting and analysis within different submarkets
- Coordinate and track ongoing projects
- Data analysis – market and price changes
- Coordinating the build-up and admin of local websites in the Nordic
- Delivery and logistical coordination
- Uploading documentation to local authorities
- General office admin (i.e. supplier contact, travel admin, postal, incoming calls)

We expect you to have a business degree or other relevant education combined with experience from either office admin, logistics or analytics within an affiliate or distributor. You are analytical, structured and have great stakeholder management skills and are able to prioritize and focus on key projects and tasks. You are a skilled communicator with a high level in English.
