Ultimately, you will act as the Program Office for all strategic Consumer Business initiatives and be responsible for the co-ordination and reporting of the Consumer Business strategy implementation, acting as a program owner and business partner for the sales organization on strategic initiatives.
An example of such an initiative is the digital capability project which the company has identified as crucial to ensure a successful migration towards a more e-commerce-based business. Another example could be to assess the business opportunity in specific geographical markets, and subsequently build the business plan required to successfully execute on the opportunity. Essentially, you will be a change maker!
