As Strategy Manager you will be responsible for driving strategic projects and initiatives that will have significant positive long-term impact on the business. It is a diverse, high-impact role which is closely integrated into the business and global sales organization. By providing professional project management skills into the sales organization, you will enable them to focus on their day-to-day sales activities whilst ensuring strategic initiatives are both developed and executed upon.

Today, Jabra is a top 5 brand within true wireless headphones in most key markets across the globe and compete with global super brands such as Apple, Samsung, Sony, and Bose. To succeed in this fiercely competitive arena is a top strategic priority for GN Audio and therefore has significant attention from the senior management team and board. You will drive multiple projects and report and articulate these to senior management. Ultimately, you will act as the Program Office for all strategic Consumer Business initiatives and be responsible for the co-ordination and reporting of the Consumer Business strategy implementation, acting as a program owner and business partner for the sales organization on strategic initiatives.

An example of such an initiative is the digital capability project which the company has identified as crucial to ensure a successful migration towards a more e-commerce-based business. Another example could be to assess the business opportunity in specific geographical markets, and subsequently build the business plan required to successfully execute on the opportunity. Essentially, you will be a change maker!

Strong commercial awareness and outstanding project management skills
As Strategy Manager, we expect you to have a relevant education and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with international commercial strategy projects in a complex business environment. Ideally you come from a strategy consultancy background or a similar internal strategy position. You are motivated by working in a complex, fast-paced environment where you have daily interactions with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds. You possess a high level of emotional intelligence and bring a humble yet ambitious attitude into your collaboration with other people.

As a person your work is structured and consistent, you have a natural eye for detail and thrive in an ever-changing environment with stakeholders with high demands. You possess a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, as well as a proven talent for stakeholder management. You are fluent in English, written as well as verbally.
