Now we are looking for a Technical Solution Manager

who will work in the Merchant Services Sales Support Finland in our Helsinki office in Vallila.

Nets Merchant Services is a leading payment solutions provider in Northern Europe. Nets offers both physical payment terminals, payment solutions for online and mobile commerce, gift cards, loyalty cards, value added services and card acquiring for international cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, ApplePay and AliPay. Merchant Services serves 300.000 merchants and has about 550 employees in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo, Helsinki and the Baltics.

Job description and tasks

The Technical Solution Manager is responsible for supporting the sales organizations in sales process and coordinating product implementations at customers and other stakeholders in end-to-end value chain.

The key responsibilities and tasks include also support for new product planning, execution and launching with other departments, acting as a trainer for the local value chain members and supporting own business unit reporting and back office tasks for specific customer accounts and partners.

The Technical Solution Manager works closely with Nets’ Large and Key Account sales, Merchant Solution Product Management as well as external partners and customer contacts.

Candidate Profile

The position requires minimum 5 years of working experience in product management and / or sales support in ICT or other technology industry. Your education background can be Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics, business administration or engineering. Understanding of the card payments, web payments, mobile payments or retail industry is a benefit for this role.  You are familiar with agile development processes.

You must have native level or excellent skill in Finnish language and excellent spoken and written skill in English.

As a person you have strong skills building relationships, team work and stakeholder management internally as well as with partners and customers. You have a passion for continuous improvement and development and ability to adapt and work in under pressure in demanding and transforming environment.
