Admin / Business Coordinator



Interim assignment: 2-3 days during Autumn. Full time from January

Duration: 12 months with possibility to transfer into employment.

Location: Stockholm

On behalf of our client, an International Pharmaceutical Company, we are looking for an Admin/Business coordinator. In the role you will support the Nordic organization through daily administrative and operational tasks. Previous experience from a Life Science company is mandatory.

Main responsibilities:

o  Creation of POs and registration of vendors

o  Coordinate the accruals and prepare the annual closing

o  Update Sharepoint on daily basis

o  Arrange business trips including ticketing and accommodations.

o  Involvement in other administrative tasks

o  Support other department

o  Coordination and organization of the contracts and documentation flow

o  Responsible for the logistics in the company

o  Responsible for suppliers and couriers


o  Strong organizational and administrative skills.

o  Ability to manage multiple tasks

o  Fluent in English

Examples of relevant technical Competencies: Office, proficiency in PC systems, such as SharePoint, Veeva, SAP, BDO, Securimate and Icertis
