Asset Manager

to step into exciting new role. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s expanding operations and play a key part in shaping its future success.

About the role:

As an Asset Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of several properties within the portfolio, ensuring they align with the business plan to optimize the overall value. A key aspect of your role will be fostering strong relationships with tenants and actively working to ensure their satisfaction. You will be involved in the tendering process, collaborating with construction companies, service providers, and architects. Your responsibilities will also include tracking business plans and budgets, ensuring that operations stay on course, and continuously identifying opportunities for property improvements and growth. Additionally, you will take charge of negotiating lease agreements with both new and existing tenants and managing partnerships with external stakeholders, such as property managers, leasing agents, and service teams.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience, preferably within the real-estate sector or in a similar field. Experience in property management and leasing will be considered an asset, as it demonstrates your ability to effectively manage properties and tenant relationships. A strong understanding of the key factors that influence property valuation is essential, enabling you to make informed decisions and enhance the overall value of the portfolio.

You have obtained a suitable technical or business-related Master’s degree. As a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, you are capable of working independently, taking initiative, and remaining results-oriented, all while valuing collaboration. Strategic thinking, commitment, and the ability to see tasks through to completion are essential. Fluency in Finnish and excellent English language skills are required, with Swedish proficiency seen as an advantage.
