Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group right now offers you the opportunity of an exciting role as Sales Engineer to the Biopharm sector.
With direct report to the Team Leader and Nordic Biopharm Sector Specialist, you will be responsible for developing end-user business opportunities and deliver planned sales growth – promoting the full range of WMFTG products.
This position offers many exciting and challenging tasks, including:
- Through a client-specific approach to show the customer the advantages of using WMFTG as the main provider for the entire system. This means, that you will be selling through value rather than price.
- Manage the existing customers base to maximum revenue.
- Administrate and maintain accurate records of your activities in the CRM-system, showing you can deliver in line with the business plan.
As Biopharm Sales Engineer, you will join a team of three highly skilled Sales Engineers across the Nordic countries. Therefore, you will become a part of an organization with a Nordic environment, where professionalism and well-being are at its core.
Proven product management skills combined with a strong commercial focus
Ideally you have a degree within engineering or another relevant field combined with at least 5 years of experience from sales within the bio-pharmaceutical sector in Denmark. You have a sound technical understanding and are able to speak to clients at both the operational and the strategical level. You can show a successful track history of selling premium products using a consultative sales process, and you have a good understanding of technical sales including pumping systems.
As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented, you have a great drive, and take pride in delivering according to your deadlines. Furthermore, you have strong interpersonal and communicative skills, and you master English on a high professional level.
