As Business Controller, Production you will ensure financial clarity and support decision-making within production and supply chain functions. Acting as a trusted financial advisor to production leadership, you will co-own the production P&L and balance sheet, oversee product costing, and conduct variance analyses to identify improvements. You will also play a vital role in optimizing financial processes such as reporting and inventory management while collaborating closely with production teams to align financial strategies with operational realities.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of production, supply chain, or logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and independent, with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Genuine interest in understanding the operational side of production, beyond just analyzing numbers.
