The company’s stainless-steel systems are designed for precision, with easy cleaning and outstanding quality, representing innovative GMP-compliant hardware solutions for regulated industries. Their products are used by 19 of the 20 largest pharmaceutical companies and in more than 30 countries around the world. The company has a local branch with a small office in Hørsholm, and a large majority of the current Nordic revenue is generated in Denmark with a dedicated focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
Strategize, Lead, and Expand – Shaping Nordic Sales Success
As the Commercial Managing Director, you will be spearheading the company’s success in the Nordic region with a main focus on Denmark and Sweden. This position demands a profound understanding of technical sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical industries, and an aptitude for creating long-lasting customer relations. Your mission is to design and execute the sales strategy, unlocking business growth opportunities, and cultivating a robust pipeline.
You will craft and execute a hands-on sales strategy tailored to the Nordic region, strategically aligned with the organizational goals. Besides this, you will continuously maintain vigilance regarding market trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics within the Nordic region, capitalizing on growth opportunities. You are expected to proactively seek new business prospects, diversify the customer base, and execute upselling and cross-selling initiatives for Systec & Solutions products and services. In addition, you will be leading and mentoring the team in Denmark, and recruit key personnel.
