Exciting workplace with international interaction
In this role, you will be providing exceptional support for Olympus’ leading product range, exceeding customer expectations by taking ownership of their requests, and make sure that these requests are handled proactively in a professional manner. Your responsibilities include maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions reported in the CRM system. Furthermore, you will from time to time be involved in internal projects within the Customer Care Team, concerning improvement and change. You will also handle sales back orders, where you are responsible for all order management after sales order creation, and where stakeholder management and result orientation are key.
Furthermore, your tasks will include:
- Responsibility for the customer and sales support.
- Fluent communication with internal and external customers.
- Product knowledge and expertise.
- Documentation and record keeping.
- Quality assurance.
- Contract handling.
- Coordination of material master data.
- Support with bids and offers.
- Other Customer Care related tasks assigned by direct superior management.

We believe that you come from an international company and have a strong interest in the MedTech business, but it is not necessary that you have experience from this industry.
As a person, you are used to seek out and work with a wide range of stakeholders. You are used to work in a complex organisation and have the mindset to think across the business and problem. You possess great stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with people and changing culture. Finally, you prioritize a high customer satisfaction and have a strong business acumen and a drive for problem-solving.
To become successful in the role the following traits and experiences would be beneficiary:
- Have full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Have excellent professional communication skills.
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP and/or Salesforce is an advantage.
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and a variety of different tasks.
- Ability to handle complex tasks and easily summarize to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in working with customer issues.
