They now offer an exciting role as Customer Service Advisor – Norway, to join their Customer Service team supporting the Nordic Region from the new office in Ørestaden, Copenhagen.

For the role as Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for the very best customer service talent to provide an effective and professional service. As Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing support on their market-leading products used for Orthopaedics, Advanced Wound Management, Sports Medicine and Trauma. You will exceed the customers’ expectations, by taking ownership of the requests and answering specific product queries, ensuring that responses are provided in full and in line with targets.

  • Processing of orders in SAP with absolute accuracy
  • Management of orders ensuring follow up on deliveries and work to improve delivery times when items are on back order
  • Processing complaints and returns, raising credits where appropriate
  • Reporting on financial and operational performance
  • SAP master data maintenance queries
  • Take an active part in assuring alignment on best practices and processes within the Nordic Customer Service Team

About you

We believe that you come from an international company and have a strong interest in the MedTech business, but it is not a must that you have past experience from this industry. To become successful in the role the following traits and experiences would be beneficiary:

  • Have full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English
  • Have excellent professional communication skills
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment and a variety of different tasks
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and easily summarize to customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive
