As a Development Manager you will…
… demonstrate the ability to effectively understand customer needs and orchestrate the development of tailored and specialised ink and coatings solutions that meet their expectations. Put differently, you will take responsibility for and drive specific projects and work closely with team members and other functional areas such as Quality, Compliance, and the Production Unit to create high-quality solutions as efficiently as possible and which also meet regulatory demands – all to ensure continuous value creation for both Resino and its global customers. You will furthermore engage in setting the tactical direction for the R&D Division and contribute to management reporting.
We are looking for
If the following skills and qualities sounds like you, we would like to meet you:
- you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field,
- you have knowledge of and experience with formulation chemistry and solvents, and;
- you are passionate and have an innovative mindset with a desire to develop new solutions.
Further it would be beneficial if you have:
- knowledge of and hands-on experience with project management, and;
- solid written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.

As of today, the company is a market leader within its field and is primarily supplying the food industry, but also Pharma and Medico, production of diapers and general packaging.
