If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) might be the perfect place for you. We are currently looking for a competent Event Manager & Coordinator to support the implementation of best practices and the adoption of high standards of excellence for our events.

The role: 

CIP is on a very interesting growth journey and we are now looking for someone who can coordinate, plan and execute on our many internal and external events. The Event Manager will play a key role in supporting our journey and will make an impact to our growing teams and increasing client base by:

  • Organizing different company events including (but not limited to) seminars, business/company meetings, social events, internal workshops, investor related seminars and more
  • Lead the social Committee and manage the workgroup in planning the social events (Friday bar, Spring and Christmas Party)
  • Lead the planning and execution of global annual corporate conference in Copenhagen & abroad
  • Partner trips

Furthermore, you will:

  • Prepare and maintain budget preparation for each assigned event and ensure delivery within customer objectives and budget
  • Maintain service levels while adhering to set company standards
  • Own the execution and implementation of assigned events with a strong sense of accountability
  • Working closely with CIP teams to support the development and adoption of best practices and high standards of excellence across all events
  • You will negotiate and build partnerships with vendors and exhibitors
  • Coordinate logistics for various department meetings/catering requests

About you and your qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of event management experience
  • You have participated and executed large-scale events at external venues
  • You have experience leading a diversity of events, from small or medium-sized halls to large celebrations in the firm or at external venues
  • You have been managing vendors
  • You know about event production best practices and trends including experience implementing creative digital event features
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness, and drive for innovation
  • Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills
  • Operational project management skills and experience creating work plans, meeting agendas and other collaboration tools. You are flexible, sociable, has a sense of urgency and can act professionally
  • You are responsible and detail-oriented
  • You have a good mood and can maintain an overview even when things go fast
  • You are fluent in Danish and English
