As Export Key Account Manager, you are a key person in developing and implementing Unidrain’s ambitious export strategy.
You will contribute to boost sales in all export markets outside the Nordic region – which currently involves 15 markets. You will report to and work closely together with the Export Sales Manager.
The responsibility covers new business efforts in selected markets, a global market effort with the specific product line REFRAME and maintenance of sales efforts towards distributors and wholesalers in selected markets.
You will ensure initiatives are implemented across countries and segments in order to support Unidrain’s export sales activities and meet financial targets.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that Unidrain’s distributors/partners receive the agreed sales support and that cooperation is strengthened in every way, working in close cooperation with Unidrain’s customer service.
You need to develop and maintain reporting systems, as well as ensure the necessary collection of market data, competitor monitoring, market and target reporting.
In this position you must be prepared for 80-100 days of travelling annually.
Export is a matter of being present in the markets – you know it, because you’ve tried it!
In entering this position you have at least 3-5 years of high-end Business-to-Business export sales experience – preferably from a similar market environment. Your experience is not necessarily within construction materials but can come from several industries e.g. furniture, interior design or fashion.
From an educational perspective you most probably hold a Master’s degree in business.
You have technical interest and flair. It is expected that you will accelerate the company’s development and continued success in the export markets.
As a person, you are a self-starter who thinks in innovative solutions. You work with high energy and make a positive impact. Creating positive relations comes naturally to you. You are creative, persistent and curious by nature, enterprising and take a “no” as a challenge.
You are courageous and chase the opportunity to turn export potential into actual sales and results – even in challenging markets. In addition, you have experience in working independently with planning and implementation of initiatives with existing, as well as potential new distributors and customers.
You thrive in a dynamic company with entrepreneurial spirit and the opportunity to influence the job.
It is very important that you are strong in English, both verbally and in writing. You are an experienced MS-Office user and have knowledge of CRM systems and social media.
Become part of a successful team!
You become part of a thriving company with pioneering spirit and plenty of room for initiative, and part of an informal environment characterised by enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues.
