As Global Marketing Insights Manager you will be fully responsible for providing the Consumer business unit with all relevant market sell out data. Furthermore, you will ensure the integration of these data into important business decisions by acting as a competent business partner to the business unit.

Based on your delivery of reliable, high quality market data, you will operate as a credible business partner to all key stakeholders in GN Audio’s Consumer business. The company is on an exciting journey to become very data-driven in the execution of their business, and you will play a key part in making this happen. Based on your thorough analysis, you will give advice on new trends within categories, products, go-to-market channels as well as end user Insights, which will help Global Sales drive their business forward and make improvements where possible. Also, your collaboration with the Consumer Business Management team will support the business in building the right product concepts and business cases for the future product portfolio. Essentially, you will be a change maker!

Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills

As Global Marketing Insights Manager, we expect you to have a relevant education and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with collecting data, market analysis, forecasting, reporting and trend spotting in a fast-moving environment. Ideally you come from a similar position such as Marketing Insights Manager or Customer Insights Manager within Technology or FMCG, or alternatively with a background as a stakeholder-facing Business Analyst within an international sales or strategy department. You have sound analytical skills and commercial awareness, making you capable of digging deep into data, identifying business opportunities, and translating insights into the solutions that bring most value for the business. Moreover, you have strong stakeholder management skills and you are a skilled communicator enabling you to make excellent management presentations and bring your advice into action. You are highly skilled in Excel and modern business intelligence systems such as Qlik.
