With a EUR 35m revenue Reform is growing fast, and to support the ambitious global growth journey, they are looking for an experienced Group Quality Manager to set the quality standard, ensure quality control, and continuously improve their product quality. High degree of responsibility and continuous development

As Group Quality Manager, you will be part of the Global Supply and Operations and be the main responsible for Quality at Reform. Your role will be to set the quality standard by Quality Assuring (QA) existing and new developed products and at the same time ensure suppliers and stakeholders can Quality Control (QC) accordingly.

You will have a high degree of independence and will be able to work closely together with many internal and external stakeholders as well as your direct reference which is the VP of Supply Chain. Capabilities such as data management and good communication skills, together with a deep quality understanding on all levels, will be key for your success in this role.

You are expected to build a solid understanding, process, and documentation of the product quality in Reform. Further you have the responsibility of educating suppliers and internal stakeholders in what quality is and ensure these stakeholders delivers on target on all aspects of quality. The area is already defined in many areas but needs to be continuously developed by you.

Problem-solver with a can-do attitude

Your personality profile reflects strong preference within the practical and rational thinking. This means you have a flair for details, being very strong in analysis which is fact based and quantitative driven.

You have experience in product quality and strong expertise within ISO 9001. You are skilled in quality documentation and defining quality for different materials, as well as bringing experience in quality control and the ability to determine the appropriate quality control methods.
