Head of Global Sales
We are looking for an experienced international FMCG trading profile, who would like to participate in Famobra’s further growth – based on global sales. Heading the Global Sales team, you will be spearheading the sales execution yourself, alongside your own team of seven dedicated global sales colleagues.
Execution of global Sales Strategy
Referring to the CEO of Famobra, you will be part of the management team, and you will head your own Global Sales department. The responsibility in this role includes developing new business opportunities and execute the strategy plan when it comes to global sales initiatives. Furthermore, the Head of Global Sales will be responsible for 3-5 of the largest key accounts.
The tasks within the position will be as follows:
- Motivation of the global sales team
- Process optimization of business approaches
- Sales activities
- Sales performance KPI`s
- Key account management for new business development
- Decision-making on business opportunities
The position is based in Flensburg, and you can expect 50 to 60 travel days annually.
Result driven international trading profile
We are looking for a profile with international commercial experience within food and beverage (preferably spirits). Preferably, you have experience with FMCG trading outside of Europa, as there is a major growth potential here. You are fluent in English as this is the corporate language, and you will have several nationalities within your own department. Finally, we are looking for someone who, based on experience and attitude, can lead the global sales team ‘from the front’. If you have no prior leadership experience, we expect you to have a clear potential to become a strong leader.
As a person, you have a strong drive to create great results. You can build and strengthen relations with a lot of different people from different cultures. You know when to push, and you know when to be more relaxed. Your situational leadership style enables you to create followers, but it also enables you to get the best out of your colleagues. Finally, you must be fluent in English written and spoken.
