Leader of the Danish entity
As Head of Operations, you will be overall responsible for the day-to-day operations which includes to optimize and strengthen the value chain and business processes. This with the aim of ensuring the future profitability and create the basis for the future growth which there is a great potential for. You are the overall responsible for leading the Danish entity in Copenhagen.
You will report directly to the Nordic Regional Director who is based in Oslo. Your responsibility includes all employees (app. 20) within the Danish office – of which you have 2 Team-leaders reporting directly to you, who both are experienced within claims handling. You will furthermore be responsible of securing the customer loyalty, hence expanding the business with existing clients among others through customer care and customer support. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for seeking new Danish business opportunities and customers. This in close collaboration with the Nordic Business Development Director who is based in Norway. The support functions such as IT, Finance, HR and Sales, are all based in Oslo.
By your presence, professionality, and leadership style you will create an attractive, motivating and cooperating working environment among the employees. Being the P/L responsible for the Danish entity you will ensure implementation of the necessary initiatives to ensure a continuous high level of service/ delivery and professionalism across the company’s value chain and towards the customers.
This role offers you the advantage of working with a local Danish focus within the Nordic region, but still being part of a true international organization with clients all over the world.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who is experienced in leading others and truly motivated by it. Furthermore, you have gained experience from the insurance business – working within claims handling, underwriting or risk assessment in general. The type of your educational background is not key, but you have probably been educated within the insurance industry, the legal business or has a financial background.
