A non-exhaustive list of your daily tasks could look like this:

  • Collaborate with DK Head of Production, Group Leadership Team, and Group People Team to set and drive the People plan for Denmark’s Supply Chain & HQ, aligning with short- and long-term goals.
  • Develop and implement people initiatives to achieve measurable results, contributing to operational and financial objectives while aligning with Lagkagehuset’s vision and strategy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and People Business Partner to DK leaders and managers, providing guidance on all People-related matters and offering support and challenge as needed.
  • Ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment of people/HR processes, programs, and initiatives with overall business objectives and the People Business Plan. This calls for being both proactive and hands on
  • Implement strategies to support business goals, attract top talent, enhance engagement and employee retention, and promote the organization’s culture and values.
  • Expect the majority of your focus will be on the Supply chain area, and the operational in a day-to-day environment.

Who are we looking for

Lagkagehuset are seeking a dynamic individual with strong leadership abilities and a business-oriented mindset. This a long side with excellent communication skills, and an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. You thrive in independent work environments and is results-driven and adaptable to change. With a proven track record in team building, leadership, talent development, you have the expertise to drive success. Desirable qualifications include experience in the hospitality or leisure industry, international exposure, and a degree in Leadership, Human Resources, Business, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in People teams, with prior roles as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Business Partner or simular is preferred.
