We are looking for a Head of Sales for Public 360°. Public 360° is part of Tietoevry Industry, an innovative frontrunner specializing in segment-specific software and data platform services. Our software is designed in close collaboration with our customers and based on our extensive industry knowledge and in-depth expertise.

 

About this Opportunity

Public 360° supports national archiving and case management standards for the public sector in the Nordics and is a standardized solution that provides seamless citizen services and digitized case management. With process automation capabilities, customers can increase efficiency and quality by automating business processes. In Public 360° it is possible to link collaborative spaces, where the participants can share information, to various projects and cases. The collaborative spaces can be used for cooperation or communication and follow-up between various project participants, both internally within the organization and with external parties.

As Head of Sales and member of the Public 360° leadership team you will carry some very clear accountabilities, as well as shared responsibilities:

  • The total sales of Public 360° products and services in the Nordics focusing on new biz and revenue growth in the existing customer base.
  • The value proposition of Public 360° in the market in the context of public sector digitalization ambitions in the four Nordic countries.
  • Ensuring a healthy pipeline and pipeline management reflecting our product investments and go-to-market plans.
  • Responsibility for marketing, planning, and execution in the Nordics, including digital marketing, events, and production of customer reference cases.
  • The overall customer satisfaction of existing customers, including expectation management, and revitalization of our collaboration with Public 360° user associations in the Nordics.
  • Maintain a well-functioning team with a strong sales culture fueled by product and advisory competence, and accountabilities and responsibilities based on the shared Public 360° role descriptions.
  • Work planning, goal setting, performance monitoring, and coaching of team members with the ambition of driving motivation and engagement.
  • Some travel activities are expected within the Nordics.

 

Your experience and background

We are looking for a person with experience from a relevant IT product organization and with good business acumen and people skills. We therefore see that you have proven experience from leading sales teams, preferably from vertical software businesses. Advanced understanding of how customer industry trends translate into needs and preferences, and how to navigate in a highly competitive landscape.

We see that you master the following capabilities:

  • Proven experience in leading sales teams, preferably from vertical software businesses.
  • An advanced understanding of how customer industry trends translate into needs and preferences, and how to navigate in a highly competitive landscape.
  • Good business management skills and an understanding of how to leverage corporate processes positively, being data driven.
  • Good understanding of public sector procurement processes, public sector agenda, and experience with public tenders and contract management.
  • Experience in sales methodologies that can help renew and standardize our product-related services into reusable concepts for lower customer segments and facilitate digital advisory for upper customer segments with more advanced customer demands.
  • Experience in working in leading positions within Tech and the consulting industry.
  • International experience and understanding of how to engage and motivate teams across different geographies and locations.

We also believe you have the following qualities:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree required in business administration, information science, economics, or other relevant fields.
  • You are a team player of nature and a social being that can build relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate with people across domains.
  • You have good communicative properties and fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
  • Ability and interest in taking the role as our spokesperson within public sector digitalization.
  • Good understanding of Tech and the consulting industry.
