Be part of the future Nordic HR organization

Mediq is currently in a transition phase, going from a traditional locally focused HR organization to a Nordic HR Business Partner structure. You will be part of a Nordic HR team but will have your primary focus on Finland. You will play a big part in designing HR services and processes across the Nordics.

The job assignment includes but is not limited to:

  • Translation of business strategy to high impact HR initiatives
  • Driving people and talent development activities
  • Acting as a partner to people managers
  • Supporting leadership development initiatives
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes end to end
  • Driving performance management processes
  • Managing the classical annual HR wheel activities, work environment, etc.
  • Define and drive employer branding activities
  • Implementing and policing HR processes and programs on all levels of the business
  • Responsible for people related internal communication

Have you worked in a similar setup?

To succeed in this role, it is imperative to have a good understanding and experience of the Finnish labor market and unions, a strong HR toolbox and a proven track record in managing HR processes in an international context. We would prefer that you have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, and we furthermore would like you to speak fluently Finnish as well as English. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are of course a must due to the nature of the position.
