As HR Business Partner, you will be instrumental in contributing to our HR strategies and driving organizational growth. Your expertise in the HR-field will be pivotal in nurturing talent, fostering a culture of learning, and maximizing employee potential. You will be part of a team of four HR professionals located in Finland, Estonia and Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Development: Develop and implement local HR practices and identify development initiatives aligned with business strategy and the overall group HR agenda.
  • Talent Management: Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning processes. Lead the annual people processes within your responsibility area.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee readiness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships with leaders and key stakeholders, providing HR guidance and support. Coach and advice supervisors in day-to-day HR matters. Participate actively in group level HR development and occasionally take overall responsibility for projects relevant to your interest and competence.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and company policies, promoting a culture of integrity and fairness. Serve as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns and conflicts, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist HRBP role. Experience from global work environment.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Swedish labor law, collective agreements and other relevant regulations. Knowledge of HRD processes, learning methodologies, and organizational development practices is considered as an asset.
  • Location: Ideally based in Stockholm or Malmö, with willingness to travel in Sweden and occasionally in Europe and to the Finland HQ.
  • Education: University degree in relevant field (human resources, law, psychology, behavioral sciences or equivalent)
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
