We are now looking for a
to orchestrate our Tools team. Tools are used in installing and commissioning our automation system at the premises. Installing building automation system is quite an extensive and expensive project. All means to accelerate, automate and boost the process are more than welcome. This not only creates business opportunity to Fidelix, but it saves the money of our customers and makes Fidelix partners more competitive. Tools are an essential part in making field operations smooth, lean and effective.
You will be a key player in leading and coordinating our tool development activities. You take care of the big picture, you build common guidelines and you steer the work of the team.
Tool development projects are managed by you. You contribute to architecture and technology selections as well as developing processes and test protocols. You will also do developing by yourself.
What we are looking for
However, we are not looking for a guru in some or any of these techniques. We are looking for a person who has extensive experience in software development and agile methods; someone who has insights on development and who is willing to take the extra step on leading our team.
We hope you have experience of a leading role and – even better – of a Nordic or international team. If you have previously worked with software tools, it is a plus. We also appreciate your knowledge of usability aspects. Obviously, you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. from a relevant discipline.
You will be working in our headquarters in Varisto (Vantaa). Some traveling is required as part of your team is in Sweden. You will mainly discuss in English with your team members.
