Management Consultant - Sustainability Excellence

Specialized within implementing sustainability and efficiency in R&D organizations.
On behalf of our client IPU P/S we are looking for two management consultants who will take the lead in shaping and delivering cutting edge management and technology consulting services to R&D organizations in leading Danish and international companies. A particular focus will be on implementing Sustainability Excellence across clients´ technology development activities.
You will work in a highly skilled environment consisting of ingenious and motivated colleagues where you are expected to exploit and develop the market potential both with existing clients but also in attracting exciting new clients and projects.
The job
You will be responsible for these 4 major pillars:
- Business and service development targeted towards leadership teams in clients´ technology development functions.
- Selling projects and services focusing on shaping clients´ future R&D operating model fit for the sustainability challenge and improved efficiency.
- Project execution, delivering to the point – direction setting guidance, facilitation and implementation support in shaping R&D processes, tools, roadmaps and development portfolios.
- Project and engagement management – for management consulting projects and combined management consulting and technology development projects.
The profile
We believe you hold an education within engineering maybe supplemented by a commercial degree. We also expect you to have a proven track record as a Management Consultant within consultative selling and project- and engagement management within operational excellence and operating model implementation, preferably within R&D. We expect you to be strongly motivated by the opportunity to deliver substantial ESG impact -and you are The Trusted Advisor.
This is underlined by a personality characterised by strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an excellent communicator and relationship builder, adaptable to changing project conditions with a clear ethical compass.
