For our client located in Southern Denmark, we are looking for a Master Planner for a newly established position. Our client is a global industrial company that contributes to the green transition and has a keen focus on securing a sustainable footprint. The company is on a journey where processes are optimised to match future demands.
As Master Planner, your responsibility will be to monitor and balance the overall schedule for the company’s production facilities based on production performance and planned capacities. You will work closely together with Demand Planning, Production and Sourcing, where your main objective is to ensure alignment across functions. As Master Planner, you will furthermore take on a central role in projects that require of you to gather input from and align expectations among several stakeholders, e.g., when setting up new production facilities and when changes occur in the product portfolio.
As the production facilities are located in various parts of the world, you will on a daily basis cooperate with international colleagues.
Experienced Master Planner with great interpersonal skills
For this position, we are looking for a person with solid knowledge about Supply Chain Theory. You possess minimum 3-5 years of experience from a similar role, where you have worked with multiple stakeholders in a global setup. You have experience working in a company with various production facilities and where the product portfolio changes. You are fluent in English.
On a personal note, you are outgoing and possess strong interpersonal skills. You know your audience and are able to collect and receive the information needed to do your job. You know how to communicate in a pragmatic and constructive way. You are proactive, a team player and take responsibility for delivering what is expected of you.
