Newly established role with a highly business-oriented perspective
As Nordic Business Controller you refer directly to the Nordic MD and you will become a central and important part of the Nordic organization.
You will be a key player in providing the business with your findings and analysis as well as being a strong advisor and sparring partner to the Country Managers and the Nordic MD in business/commercial issues seen in a financial perspective. You bring your ideas to the table, take the initiative to analyse relevant issues, develop new models and ways of how to report your findings etc. Hence, you will challenge and support the Country Managers and the MD in the decision-making process.
The basis in the business is the commercial contracts with the clients, which are tightly associated to the equipment, why you also collaborate with the Fleet Management to manage the performance of the fleet. Besides this, you will be key towards customer reporting as well as being in the driver seat of preparing the monthly management reporting from the analytical perspective providing deviation explanations, business facts etc. All accounting is handled by the Nordic Shared Service Center.
All in all, You will bring the Nordic Business Controlling to the next level in supporting the business in its continued -growth strategy going forward.
Business-oriented, dynamic and result-oriented profile with a commercial mind-set
We expect you to bring a relevant financial degree at Master/Bachelor level and in the level of app. 3-5 years of experience as Business Controller/Analyst from a commercial driven business in an international environment.
Accountability, drive and an outgoing personality describes you, and you are now ready for your next career move in which you will get the opportunity to make your influence count. Strong Excel skills are required, and you master the English and one of the Scandinavian languages on a high level both verbally/written. The position can be based in either of Copenhagen, Oslo or Stockholm.
